Mike took the time to assess all of our needs and desires before he suggested a vehicle to test drive. Following our satisfactory test drive of the Forester, Mike asked what it would take for us purchase the vehicle. When we replied that it was contingent on getting the trade-in price we wanted for our current vehicle, he facilitated our need to the trade-in team. With the required trade-in price agreed upon, we concluded our purchase. Mike then patiently led us through a careful hands-on review of ALL of the features of the new car, which is something we've never experienced with any other new car purchase in the past. Since there are many new features that we've never experienced (e.g., Eyesight driver assist technology), this was very helpful and much appreciated. Unlike many salespersons who are anxious to move on to another customer after concluding a sale, Mike stayed with us until he was sure we were well informed and ready to "hit the road" with our new Forester! We would definitely ask for Mike when we make another new purchase in the future!! More

My salesperson, Kyle McIntyre, was terrific! He was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I asked many questions for which he always had an appropriate answer. Everyone that I encountered at the dealership was friendly and made the entire experience enjoyable. Thank God we found New Motors and specifically Ryan! We began our search in February and handed Ryan a pretty tough challenge. He listened (I mean really listened) to our wishlist and budget. He was able to find a couple of cars that fit the bill, but my reluctance to make a deal held us back. In June we found ourselves in the same predicament (car once more in the shop) and I called up Ryan. He went right to work for us. We now proudly drive an awesome 2018 Subaru Outback that will be reliable, safe, and worry free. The best part is I get better mileage with this car than I did my toyota hybrid!! Annie provided good input about calling BMW corporate department about our prior car, and the team at New Motors coordinated with getting our issue resolved. We needed a new car, and Gabe and the sales team made it easy for us to select a replacement vehicle. They even delivered it several hundred miles away without charge! We are grateful for their help turning around a stressful situation and making purchasing another car very easy.
