Keith Golembiewski is Excellent!! Our 2015 Silverado was totaled and we were in the market for something to fill it's need until we could financially replace the truck. We were not only undecided between new vs used, car vs SUV vs truck, but we had also always been a Chevy, Ford and Honda family, so not even sure if a Subaru would be right for us. Then we met Keith Golembiewski at New Motors and he was fantastic! Very low key in gathering and sharing information. He put us in the driver's seat literally and figuratively. We test drove a variety of cars and he even offered us the opportunity to test drive a used 2015 Outback Limited that had just been traded-in. It hadn't even made it through their Pre-Owned Check yet. We loved it! It had many more options that we thought we could have and at a price that suited both of us. Plus, Vlad Petrosayn, Finance, spent extra time to get us a great interest rate. We are now a Subaru family and couldn't be happier with our experience. Keith and Vlad, and actually the whole staff, at New Motors made all the difference! We highly recommend them!! Plus! Keith make's pierogies!! How could you not like him! ...and he shared some local ethnic shops and festivals which of course we have been having a wonderful time exploring in our "new to us" Subaru Outback. More

Could not have been easier! We were in search of a new vehicle for the family and had settled on a BMW X5. We even spoke on his day off to help facilitate the deal. The business end of the purchase was effortless. Vlad had everything needed and ready for me to sign. When all was said and done, it was worth the trip to Pennsylvania to purchase the new car. I would recommend New Motors to anyone in the Buffalo New York area. More

Fabulous Experience New Motors Volkswagen in Erie was a great location. The test drive included not only back roads, but highway travel as well. Our salesperson at New Motors, Tony, was the most knowledgeable, helpful and friendly salesperson we encountered. He was able to answer all our questions (even ones we hadn't thought of) about the vehicle, didn't pressure us at all and worked with us until we had a deal we were happy with. We've purchased many vehicles over the years and typically dread the whole process, but this experience was definitely easy and pleasant. Oh, and we love our Forester! More

Very impressed ! I was working in Ashtabula until 4:30 PM but Stephen Quinn promised me if I came the 35 miles west to this Pennsylvania BMW location, he could demonst I was working in Ashtabula until 4:30 PM but Stephen Quinn promised me if I came the 35 miles west to this Pennsylvania BMW location, he could demonstrate everything I could possible want about the BMW m550i AWD. When I arrived at 5:15 PM he had three cars lined up. One to demonstrate the ride, a 540i, one for the high end stereo, a 750i and finally a fully decked out 530i. Although he did have a m550i there, it was there for delivery that afternoon, but I could see it was fantastic. When it came to color choices for exterior, leather and trim, not only did he show it to me, he gave me the dealerships own samples. Wow ! He is now checking to see if it is possible, still to order this car for 2018 but, if not, he assures me that the 2019 cost will not be much more than for 2018. I await his information . The best attitude and assistance I have ever received at a dealership in my 66 years of life. More
