Not fair, especially at dealer service rates which are already higher than other nearby repair shops. More

But then we received an email asking if we would be interested in trading our 2017 outback for a 2019 for almost the same monthly payment. Ryan showed us a 2014 Crosstrek! I love it! The process was very quick. The car needed front wheel bearings and Ryan set it up to have them installed at no charge to me. I was able to drop my vehicle off and get a loaner over night. Our overall experience was amazing. I highly recommend New Motors for you next vehicle purchase. Ryan was very polite and has even called again to check to make sure i am still satisfied after the bearings were put in. The service department was also very polite and helpful for getting my appointment set up. More
