We were greeted immediately and helped with the Kia Soul that we were interested in. We test drove 1 Kia Soul and were shown all the features and new gadgets; found one we liked and actually test drove it a that we were interested in. The deal was made and we returned the following day to complete the paperwork. Everyone was very friendly and professional and the whole process was fun. Our vehicle was all ready to go and Lance set up my cell phone with the bluetooth. I took off in my new shiny red Kia Soul. My wife had decided on a new Kia after driving her friends Sorrento so I approached all the Kia Dealers within 100 miles of Bradford PA. First we contacted the Kia dealer in Jamestown where my wife tr friends Sorrento so I approached all the Kia Dealers within 100 miles of Bradford PA. First we contacted the Kia dealer in Jamestown where my wife tried out the Sorrento and also the Sportage EX which she preferred, however it did not have navigation but because the color was right, Techno Orange the dealer agreed to contact us with a cost to install navigation, unfortunately the cost was too high at $5,000. I then contacted the remaining dealers in the area, in the main the responses from about half of the dealers were either none existent or not very helpful, as a last resort I contacted New Motors of Erie and talked with Andrew Vollant. He could not have been more helpful, he took our request of must have features, Techno Orange or Signal Red together with navigation and came up with a Techno Orange Sportage SX. We arranged to see the vehicle on Saturday two days away and he agreed to call if anyone else showed interest in the vehicle, in the meantime I arranged insurance cover in advance and following my wifes test drive purchased the vehicle on Saturday morning. We arrived at the dealer at 10:00am and the transaction was completed by 1:00pm. Those are my reasons for giving the rating, the reason for the four on price was because of the large difference in the price of the SX over the EX but that is a manufacturer issue not a dealer problem. We were new to leasing and Jason worked us through to a acceptable purchase. He also helped us when we returned to get the blue tooth feature working right. When I needed some repairs a few months ago, the service department was extremely helpful and honest. At that time, I had asked Joe (internet sales) to keep an eye out for a specific type/price car for me department was extremely helpful and honest. He promised to contact me if something came in. Three months later, I received notice from Joe that the car I had described to him had come in. When I arrived at the dealership to look at the car, I was greeted by Andrew. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Andrew helped me negotiate a great deal, and I appreciated his honesty as well. I asked a few questions that were unique to my situation and/or car, and instead of pretending to have the answer, Andrew admitted that he didn't know, but he also knew who to ask and was able to get me the information I needed.
