Buying a Forester Seth Murphy was very helpful. I wasn't sure if I wanted a Forester since it was larger than my old one. So I tried out the crosstech also and he gav Seth Murphy was very helpful. My BMW was in the shop for 9 days because of a less than professional attempt at a camera repair performed at New Motors. I realize many customers may have had a positive buying experience, but for me, I would not consider purchasing again from this dealer, mainly based on first impressions....memorable, but not favorable. Still waiting for a response from the owner, Mr. New....a great example of customer service at it's best. More
