Purchasing 2014 Subaru Forester was pleasurable. I appreciate Larry New's attention to me the customer on more than one occasion. One has been completed (to my satisfaction) and two others are pending as of this writing. Email reminders are sent out when service is scheduled; very helpful. I am treated well at the dealership and my car is washed after service. Loaner cars are offered if service visit is deemed lengthy. If I decided to wait on site there are customer refreshments offered in a comfortable environment.
