Not only was he knowledgeable and friendly but he was personable and reassuring. He wasn't pushy. He never tried to steer us away from what we were interested in. We never felt like he was there to rip us off and we knew we would walk away with a car that we loved. He kept in contact with us the entire time and answered all our questions. Approved In October 2016, I was shopping around for a newer more reliable vehicle than the one I currently had. Having bad credit I decided to try some of the big name car dealers in Erie that promise guaranteed credit approval and was denied each and every time. So I finally gave up because I was making my already lousy credit worse, from all of the credit inquiries. Fast forward to January 31, 2017. I accompanied my daughter [who also has sketchy credit] to New Motors [Erie Auto Credit] to look at a couple of cars she seen online. She worked with Mindy Beckwith and was approved for a 2012 Chevy Cruz. While there that day I seen two 2013 Hyundia Santa Fe Sport and fell in love with them. I went home looked them up online, talked non stop about them, debated with myself, if I should try to get financing and came to the conclusion that I'd only be denied again. Fast forward to February 16, 2017. I accompanied my other daughter [who had no established credit] to New Motors [Erie Auto Credit] to look at a 2013 Toyota Corolla she seen online. She worked with Jeff Waid who was able to close the deal for her very first car. While there my daughter talked me into trying to get financing for one of the Hyundia Sante Fe Sport. I was very sceptical, thinking it'll be another turn down but filed out an application and handed it over to Jeff. He was busy finalizing things for my daughter's car but would frequently check to see if there was any news on my credit app. Then he walks in and says you're approved. I pretty much lost it. That was three approvals within two weeks for people with not so great credit. We are very appreciative, and glad we tried New Motors [Erie Auto Credit]. We purchased 3 great cars. THEY SAID YES, WHEN EVERYONE ELSE SAID NO...... More
