He had a thorough knowledge of the Subaru which we had chosen and was patient in allowing us to test drive and examine completely the car on two occasions. But there is more. Keith went beyond the sale to offer us a car to use to help us with a situation which would have changed our decision about purchasing. I went to him to trade my 12 Passat for a 16 GTI. I was pleased with both the price of the GTI and the trade value I was given for the Passat.
