Rough patches with excellent service I went to new motors looking for a specific type of car. The car I had originally picked out had few issues they said would be fixed before selling? i I went to new motors looking for a specific type of car. It took a while but Kevin was more than helpful with accommodating any questions or concerns I had. He was also great at keeping me up to date on the progress. Did everything he could to keep me happy as a customer. Once was all said and done I ended up getting a new car with the assurance that if I were to run into any problems in the future new motors and Kevin would be there for me. Dealing with Kevin I was overall impressed and thankful for his level of professionalism! More

We did a lot of long distance communications, he answered my calls and e-mails promptly with the information I required. I test drove the car a month before I purchased and decided that was the car I would purchase. I believe in what is meant to be is meant to be. That car was still there a month later, so we communicated over the phone, I went in on a designated day with the financing already set up via phone...purchased the car went over checklists and drove home in less than 3 hours. By the time I arrived home 1 1/2 hrs away, I was in love with the Limited Outback I had chosen. Even working with the finance Manager Allen Yingling was a fun experience. And I am looking forward to my appointment with Nicholas Dylewski to go over some questions I have regarding some of my many electronic options that came with my Limited Outback. I have already recommended Mike and New Subaru to some friends. Hopefully they will decide on a Subaru like I did. I couldn't be more pleased with such a seamless purchasing experience. More

Car purchase I took my leased car in to be inspected. While waiting I saw Andrew who originally leased the car to me.
