I have shopped at New Motors in the past and bought a Volkswagen Jetta sport wagon TDI. This time I wanted a Subaru Outback. I found what I liked on the new Motors website. I decided to make an appointment for a test drive. I live an hour and a half away in New York so every trip to the dealership is a trip. That's where I met the salesman Steve Lobaugh for my test drive.. I was impressed with Steve because he wasn't pushy at all , he listened to what I said and made me feel very comfortable. Any question I had , he knew the answer or found it out for me. I read many car magazines and keep up on the latest in car news. So when I say Steve Lobaugh knows his products , I mean it. Steve was able to gather all the paperwork and get me my new car in a matter of hours. His friendly demeanor and helpfulness made my new Subaru purchase wonderful.
