When she took it back in, the service manager Jerry Garcia told her he would not help in fixing the car. A few days later the car would not start and she had to be towed. The car started later that evening and again each time for about a week, but yesterday again would not start and once again had to be towed. I called the dealer and spoke to "Jerry Garcia the service manager" who sold her the car and was told he was not willing to help fix the broken car he sold her. I feel that New Deal Auto and service manager Jerry Garcia cheated my mother, a senior citizen who's car was totaled after she was broadsided by a red light runner.out of the small amount of money she had to replace her vehicle. If the service manager is willing to sell an old lady a piece of crap car in need of repairs, knowing she only has a small amount of money, imagine he wouldn't think twice of taking advantage of you!. If you are wise DO NOT BUY A CAR AT NEW DEAL USED CARS! More

Total disgrace, dishonest, disrespectful. I came here to buy the G35 Sedan 2008 which has 135k miles, it was listed for 9K. The car looked decent for its age. After all said and done, total pr I came here to buy the G35 Sedan 2008 which has 135k miles, it was listed for 9K. The car looked decent for its age. After all said and done, total price is 10 1/2 K out of the door. They insisted only cashier check is accepted, I had to go to the bank to buy the cashier checks which cost me 20 bucks. Dealer agreed to complete detailing the car if I agree to pay $100 dollars more, wanting to have it nice and clean, I agreed , Dearler agreed, to register full year. None of these promises came true. But the worst part is when the woman who prepare the papers was very irritated, she threw the papers on the desk and guided her finger as if she wanted me to sign, she did not shake my hand nor say thank you for your business. Her altitude was strange. How rude!?! I was calm and quiet but did not know what to do but gently walked out. Advice: If you need some reliable car dealer to do your business, go somewhere else, this is a third world class kind of dealer, no coffee, no bottle water, very dirty restroom. New deal means bad deal and everything is old. More

My experience as a first time buyer: College gal! As stated already, I came to this dealership as a first-time buyer. Initially, I researched the car that I wanted online--a 2004 Toyota Corolla, 180k As stated already, I came to this dealership as a first-time buyer. Initially, I researched the car that I wanted online--a 2004 Toyota Corolla, 180k miles. This car had a Carfax and all the information I could find about it! I came into the dealership the next day with my co-buyers (parents) and the sale was phenomenal. We saw the car right away and our salesperson answered every question along the way. There was NO PRESSURE in any way upon buying the car. We were well-informed about the buying process and every step along the way was explained. The dealership worked with us in paying the price in a few segments to make the sale easier on our bank accounts and the warranty was great. We did not have lengthy waits for any services around us, the car was in wonderful shape, the price was phenomenal, and everybody was pressure-free and very friendly. We finalized the sale within the hour. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend buying used cars here--especially for any young/college student like me. More

On the first visit, we were just shopping around for a deal and we ended up leaving without buying. A week later, we returned and Teesha remembered our preferred car and they still had it, so we bought it. When ready for another car, I'd definitely work with Teesha again. More
