She's knowledgeable, organized, and knows how to make the financing process go smoothly. Her professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. Amerika was just as outstanding. She has a warm, friendly personality, knows her vehicles, and makes customers feel comfortable and appreciated. Both ladies were great to work with, and their customer service deserves recognition. My wife calls this van her "unicorn," and after seeing its condition, I can understand why! It's not every day you come across an 18-year-old vehicle with low mileage that's been maintained this well. The body is straight and free of dents and dings, the paint is in remarkable condition, the tires are excellent, and the interior is about as close to showroom condition as you could possibly hope to find. It's exceptionally clean and drives beautifully. Finding something like this at such a great price was a real bonus! We were also impressed with the dealership itself. New Deal has a large inventory of pre-owned vehicles, and the property is clean, neat, and welcoming. It's nice to visit a dealership that takes pride in its appearance and provides a comfortable shopping experience. My wife needed a dependable vehicle with plenty of room for her vendor event supplies, and this Town & Country checked every box. First, I have to give a huge shout-out to Lori Fait and Amerika Armenta. These two ladies are absolutely wonderful! Lori brings many years of experience in the auto finance industry, and her knowledge and professionalism are second to none. She knows her business inside and out, and it shows in the way she handles everything with confidence, efficiency, and genuine care for her customers. Amerika is equally impressive! She's friendly, knowledgeable, personable, and a pleasure to work with. Together, they made my entire buying experience absolutely stellar! Now, about my van! I call it my "unicorn" because finding a vehicle this age in such incredible condition is practically unheard of. It has low mileage, excellent tires, a straight body without dents, dings, or paint imperfections, and an exterior that has been beautifully maintained. But the interior is what really blew me away! I purchased a 2013 Ram 1500 from New Deal Glendale on August 17, 2026. Just nine days after purchase, the truck broke down and had to be towed back to the dealership. Since then, I've experienced ongoing mechanical, electrical, and safety-related issues, including an airbag warning light. Despite multiple repair attempts, the dealership has had possession of my truck for a substantial portion of the past two months without satisfactorily resolving these issues. This has significantly disrupted my HVAC business, as I depend on my truck for work. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. More
