On 09/30/24 Bad experience with this location. This is the second time that I have done service due here. I was disappointed with the staff service her name Karem. When I make sure with her about what service is due today include, She tries to answer me quickly and wants to finish the conversation. She said they do oil changes, oil filters, fill all liquid, and tire rotation because I have a service plan with Mazda. I waited 2 hours a long time more than usual. She said they were short of staff. That's fine. When I asked to follow my car with the next person because Karem was taking a break his name was Jerry his attitude was so not welcome and talking to me like annoying. Finally, Karem sent a video about the inspection of my car today the video shows Juan explaining everything also the top of the windshield washer. When I come back home. I checked my car they didn't fill the windshield washer and didn't do tire rotation. It is so BAD that you guys unprofessional and not honest to customers. My car should finish for service in 45 min or 1 hour because you didn't do anything that it should be. No Worry I'll not come back for sure. Your location should provide great service and not lie to the customers, at least the customer comes back to do maintenance with you guys. And your staff can be don't want to talk too much to the customer whatever you guys want BUT your job should be complete and no problem too. That you know your showroom is look not reliable.
