Stephanie who took my call set up the appointment to see either Carlos or Hector and when I arrived 15 minutes late Rohit called me to see if I was coming as I was pulling into their parking lot. When I entered the dealership Rohit greeted me and made me comfortable by telling me that he will try his best to give me a good deal on a lease. I was there to get a lease deal for my father so I was on a mission to get him the best possible price and I was able to make a deal with Rohit helping me doing so.
