I only go to him because I trust him . Everyone knows that when you go to the dealership you have to do your homework because salespeople missions are to squeeze more money then you can afford. I was very specific about the features I wanted in my Kia Sorento and all kinds of promises and guarantees are given, until it comes down to finalizing the deal. Certain aspects of those promises are dismissed or denied. Of the 6 add on accessories that were part of the sales agreement, only 4 have been honored 5 months later, one cannot even be done because the model that they sold me does not have the compatibility feature and the other item wasn't even available on the market at the time of purchase, neither of which was disclosed to me at the time of sale. Their service department is just as disheartening. There is no communication between the sales, parts and service departments. They book more cars for service than they can handle. They have left parts behind under the hood of my car. The wait time for the smallest of jobs is ridiculous ( 3 to 4 hours for an oil change), appointment times are not honored, jumping from working on one car to another before one is finished, no updates provided over wait time, not in the least bit personable, and very disorganized and unprofessional. One time it took them forever to find my car when I got there to pick it up. Another time, my car was at the service station the whole day, just to get a phone call in the afternoon that the job it went in for couldn't be done on my car (waste of a day), yet, they ordered parts for it a month ago at the last service appt. They are at the best at wasting your time and giving you the run around, but nothing gets resolved. You just get passed from one agent to another, but nobody component enough to offer resolutions or admit to their mistakes. More

Finally a good experience from Nemet I have to admit I was done with Nemet, after having two horrible experiences with them from previous cars. I came in to return my car after it's lease I have to admit I was done with Nemet, after having two horrible experiences with them from previous cars. I came in to return my car after it's lease and to my surprise, they were accommodating. The guy who helped me out, Kelvin, was super helpful and helped me go through all my options. I wasn't looking to get another car, but he helped me find a vehicle that fit my needs, a Kia Sportage. He even helped me get a great deal on the new car, and now I have a car that's actually in my budget. Both Kelvin and Carlos listened to my needs and helped me meet them. There isn't much more I want from a dealership then that. More

Rashane Hibbert Rocks!!!! A year ago Rashane helped my then Girlfriend and I get our first car.
