Customer Satisfaction IS a Guarantee Here! I was looking to get out of a lease a year early. I went to several Long Island dealerships that were close to where I live. 2 of them, I had friend I was looking to get out of a lease a year early. I went to several Long Island dealerships that were close to where I live. 2 of them, I had friends that were in a position to get me out, but were going to roll in what I owed. They wouldn't even eat half of it, not even my own friends. These dealerships were also top ranked here on dealer rater. I also had an additional trade in, where I got low-balled on the value because of a small dent size of a quarter. So, as a last resort, I made the trip all the way out to Queens to Nemet. This was an EXCELLENT decision for me! Unlike the other dealerships, Nemet looked at me as someone who was there to do business, despite my appearance wearing jeans & beaten up sneakers. They looked at my trade & leased car and DID NOT low-ball me. Instead of making excuses on why they couldn't give me full value, they looked at what I wanted and found a way to make a deal happen. They were EXTREMELY, UNBELIEVABLY patient, as this was a 3 day process. They worked with my work schedule and made time for me to drive the 2 cars in on separate days for appraisals. They DID NOT force me to pay every last month of the lease...they COMPLETELY took care of it (lease payments AND buyout) WITHOUT adding the monthly payments to the deal AND gave me FULL value for my trade!! This is absolute proof that they really meant it when they said they wanted to earn my business. I was greeted by Rashane Hibbert in the lot, which was packed. He introduced me to Douglas Jones. Mr. Jones and the manager, Carlos Zetina, made this happen for me. The day I picked up my BEAUTIFUL 2016 EX SORENTO, it was a heavy rain storm. Their valet, Rich, was nice enough to move around my cars that I traded in and put on the plates, while getting SOAKED. Then, I met the finance guy, Vincent. He made sure all the paper work was in order and was even nice enough to make a copy of an agreement in writing for me. All around, this is the dream team of car sales! Switch and bait They offered me a price and when I went back to get the car the next day, they curtly informed me that they have sold their quota for the month and so They offered me a price and when I went back to get the car the next day, they curtly informed me that they have sold their quota for the month and so, that price was off the table. And this after having received a call from them in the afternoon to confirm my appointment for the evening. So essentially they told me that they now didn't need my business. I did not lease a nissan because of this and then was told to eff off. Not professional and did not expect this. Had heard of car salesmen, but they could stoop so low.... WOW! More

Nasik was very helpful and allowed me to test drive the cars before I even sat down to talk numbers. He was very informative during the ride and when it came down to it was the best salesman I spoke to. I was scared of hidden fees and additional fees I would have to pay, but Nasik and the staff at Nemet Kia made a great effort at explaining how the lease program worked and eliminated that fear very quickly. EXCELLENT SERVICE! I started car shopping not having any idea what I wanted and just wanted to explore my options, so Nemet Kia was my next stop. I went in on Tuesday and on Thursday I was driving off in my new 2015 Kia Optima. Thanks to Nazik Zaman, for making the process so easy. Naz asked me what features I needed and then showed me my options. The minute I got into the Optima, I knew that was my car. Naz showed me all the benefits of the car and was very knowledgeable. We sat down and went over my options, lease vs finance. The next day I shopped insurance and Thursday my car was ready! Elway Sattar the finance manager, helped me get a great finance option with payments that fit my budget. He explained every detail to me so I understood what I was paying for and for how long. As a female who knows nothing about cars, I did this alone and DROVE away feeling at ease because they took the time to make sure I understood everything and was happy with my purchase. The Nemet Kia staff are great and they are now my car family. Thank you guys, I'm so in love with my Optima!! More
