Worst experience ever I went in to purchase a used Kia Forte they had advertised on their website. I walked in, spoke to the salesman and he showed me the car. I told him I I went in to purchase a used Kia Forte they had advertised on their website. I walked in, spoke to the salesman and he showed me the car. I told him I saw it on the internet for $14414. He said yes, that is correct, but I'd have to put $2500 down. I confirmed that $2500 down and my trade in would reduce the price down to $10914 and he agreed. So I sit with Neil and he tells me I was waiting for almost two hours because he was allegedly waiting for the bank to call with the APR. He said the best he could do was 4.99%. So his computer goes down and he tells me to go see Mario at the Nissan building and he would finish the transaction. So I sit with Mario and he tells me how well he is going to take care of me. He makes small talk about my profession then proceeds to give me the monthly payment. When I asked him why it was so much higher than I had calculated and how he got to that number he shows me his computer and says "the numbers don't lie". So I look at the numbers and see that there is a $2500 dealer fee. I ask what it was for and he says it is to get the internet price. I ask if he is serious and that's not what the salesman had told me. He says "okay, I'll correct it", LIE #1. Then I ask him why the APR is 4.99 when I had been used car shopping for awhile and the highest I had been quoted was 3.99. So he says, "I'll change it to 3.99%" So I guess there was no call from the bank, LIE #2. Then I ask him why the DMV was so high. It was double what it should have been, LIE #3. Lastly he says "I have to show you this but you are under no obligation to buy it, (LIE #4) it's a premium care warranty" He tells me it is $2500. I decline. He says he'll give it to me at dealer cost of $2300 LIE #5. I decline. He says he can give it to me for $1800. I tell him no thank you once again. So he tells the salesman to take me across the street to finalize the transaction. So after an hour across the street, Mario walks in and says they will not sell me the car without the purchase of the warranty. So I go in and try and buy a car at their advertised price and am told I'm under no obligation to buy the warranty but they won't sell me the car? Total scam! I get a call from the customer service rep the next day and give her an earful. She calls me back and says the manager would like to make good on the deal. I tell her clearly, that I am not coming back there unless they are prepared to do something in the way of a reduction or incentive and she assures me the manager will, LIE #6. I drive back there, meet with the disgusting woman Sharon and go over the whole story with her. She says they are prepared to make the deal. I ask her was incentive she has for me and she says she'll sell me the car at the internet advertised price. I tell her after all the aggravation and inconvenience I have experienced I'd sooner walk and make a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. So she says "go ahead". She continues to say they would not make any money on the car if she sold it to me for that price. So, let me get this straight... they advertise the car on their website for that price and would not make money on it? So I ask her to see the invoice and she says no. Because clearly they were not going to lose money on the car, LIE #7. ALL I CAN SAY IS THEY ARE DISGUSTING, LYING BUNCH OF PEOPLE. IF YOU GO THERE, MAKE SURE YOU SEE WHAT KIND OF PHONY FEES THEY ARE TRYING TO SNEAK PAST YOU AND WHAT KIND OF SCAM WARRANT THEY TRY AND FORCE ON YOU!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!!! More

But then I came to Nemet Kia and they were friendly as soon as I came in!. It didn't take much because I already knew what I wanted. The guy who helped me finance the car was cool too. Got a great deal and I couldn't be more happy! ONE CON: The wait was really long but I didn't mind...the end result was seeing my brand new car pull up ready for me to drive off! More

The sales rep (Rohit) was very patient and very direct. He focused specifically on what I needed and not on other random cars/items. He gave me all the important specifications I asked for and I didn't feel like I was being hassled. He also assisted with setting up the insurance (which I appreciated). He was very professional and I enjoyed working with him. The rest of the team was also very helpful and respectful! More

Shane approached us and asked us if we wanted a test drive. I was thrilled bc I thought it was too late at night. We fell in love with the truck, put down a deposit and picked it up on that Saturday! Quick and painless! The manager was amazing, and Mario the finance guy was awesome! We can't thank Shane enough for being so kind, efficient and not pushy at all! We own two Kias now so it will be a while before we purchase again but have no doubt Nemet will be our first stop!! Thank you Nemet! The Bennetts More
