Consistency = great deal I previously had a 36 month lease on a mega-cool black 2015 Optima Turbo SXL with Nemet and after that lease was up, I went right back to Carlos Zetti I previously had a 36 month lease on a mega-cool black 2015 Optima Turbo SXL with Nemet and after that lease was up, I went right back to Carlos Zettina and his friendly crew at Nemet Kia, and needing more room at a more reasonable rate, I purchased a new 36 month lease on a beautiful 2018 Sorento LX. I had checked reviews on all Kia dealerships in the Tri-State area, and Nemet sales seemed to be the most consistent best choice, garnering the best reviews of them all. Carlos and Rashane Hibbert were extremely professional and jovial in helping me get the best deal possible. As a long-time satisfied customer I highly recommend them. More

Be prepared to wait a long time to do final paperwork. Bought the car on a Friday. Car was in the showroom so it was easy to see and like. Made arrangements to pick up the car on Monday, giving the dealer plenty of time to prepare vehicle and all of the necessary paperwork. Monday morning my insurance broker sent over the documents, had to make a minor revision and I arranged to pick up the vehicle at a specified time. When I returned to the dealership on Monday, at the time specified, the car was still in the showroom and none of the paperwork was prepared. What went from a nice experience turned into a frustrating experience and worse. And to think I paid for Dealer Prep charges. More
