My salesman, Dan Belmonte was a pleasure to do business with. He made the process very easy and got me into a brand new truck that I didn’t think I’d be able to afford. Then, I ended up speaking with him again when I was there for service and I asked about getting in a new Heavy Duty. Everyone, especially Dan Belmonte, went above and beyond to get me the exact truck I wanted, for what I wanted to pay for it. It’s a pleasure to do business here and I honestly can’t see myself shopping anywhere else for my next truck. The whole staff is pleasant and friendly, easy to talk to and easy to deal with, from the General Manager all the way through the service department. Finance manager informed us with our credit he could get a sub 5% interest rate. They called the next day and said "You are gonna like what we got for you, come on down and we will do the paperwork". We show up and he proceeds to tell us the interest rate was 20% but he gives his "word" that when can come back in 6 months and he "guarantees" he can refinance us for our desired rate, and that "he won't turn his back on us". On our way out the door they practically blocked the doorway, I said I am leaving and he responded take a seat and pulled out a chair for me. You'll need a hot shower after dealing with these dirtbags More

From the second I called and spoke to Sandra and Jamie about it, I knew I was going to have a great experience. We drove 3 hours to see this vehicle (it had everything I wanted, which had been tough to find), and dealt with John as a sales consultant. When I knew this was THE vehicle, we spoke with/worked with Alex Sommer to make the deal. He was awesome to work with, funny, and continued to make us feel like he was there for us, and not the other way around. Highly recommend this dealership (and Alex) if you are looking at a vehicle in this area. We are so thankful we made the 3 hour trip, because I brought home a vehicle I have wanted for years, and am BEYOND happy with the purchase! More
Dishonest Dealings We purchased a 2011 Jeep patriot in December 2014. Exactly 2 years later I took my jeep to a local repair shop and was told that I needed a brand-new We purchased a 2011 Jeep patriot in December 2014. Exactly 2 years later I took my jeep to a local repair shop and was told that I needed a brand-new transmission. I drive a standard transmission and the vehicle only had 60,000 miles on it. I took it to Zappone because my purchase experience from Nemer was so dreadful. Zappone informed me that the transmission had already been overhauled twice before our purchase of the vehicle at 35,000 miles. So that's 3 TRANSMISSION OVERHAULS at 60,000 miles! When we purchased the vehicle my husband explicitly asked if there had been any prior mechanical issues and they flat out lied to us and told us now. I have been trying to get the old service records from before our purchase of the vehicle and Nemer is refusing to give them to us saying that their computer systems have changed and they lost that information. The Chrysler corporation scratches the records anytime a Vehicle is resold (sketchy!). The Chrysler Corporation is only paying for half of the repair and not taking ownership of a faulty transmission. Nemer is extremely dishonest and I can't say anything positive about my experience with them. I plan on letting everyone I know about this. Don't buy Jeep, definitely don't use Nemer! More

I said OK, I want to know if you have a Jeep grand Cherokee srt in Stock, she hung up on me. If this is how they treat a customer looking to purchase an 80k vehicle I will happily take my business elsewhere. More

Had to purchase wipers same day as one didn't even touch windshield, hadn't noticed on test drive. Said they mailed me a check for the cost but nothing yet. Less than 24 hours after pick up the issues started, grinding noises. Salesman said. Well I hope you don't think I did anything wrong.... Salesman & sales manager don't return calls. More issues arise, 4wd overheated, temporarily unavailable message during a snow storm. Had another dealer check it out, caliper slides needed cleaning & luring. Few days later new crunching noises 21-26mph, another noise when driving like something won't engage, 4wd would not work also. Supposed to be a NEW car, what did they do during 5k mile demo rides??? What did they do to mask the issues for the test drive??? Sales consultant didn't return my call in a week, then says he will call me in an hour- that was last week lol still nothing. Go to a sales manager who will now not return our calls. Service department was more helpful, took it for a ride & thinks it's rear differential. So how does this happen on a NEW vehicle???? I'm holding onto some hope that the service department is more dependable and up on customer service than the sales department..... More

Push B&G treatments but do not back it up. claimed I did not flush at 23K. annual two new radiator replacements so they do not change the anti-freeze? they leave it in the block? Done here! Lia or Krystal going forward. Looking at new Toyota pick up. Service like this has turned me off. Probably why they have a #3 rating. More

He made it happen for me, I never thought I would be driving a brand new car. He went above and beyond, and words cannot express how grateful I am. I will be back to lease my next car with Dan Belmonte, and I already have been recommending my friends and neighbors. Joey Barone and Joe Cilione helped me as well with finance's and endless amount of paperwork. All three guys were extremely patient, I felt as though I were with family.
