Was very excited to go test drive a jeep here called the morning before got an appointment and drove 2 hours the following day to go look at it. The dealership neglected to give me a call as they claimed to morning before got an appointment and drove 2 hours the following day to go look at it. The dealership neglected to give me a call as they claimed to have sold the Jeep the previous day. They tried selling me a new more expensive car. Yet the Jeep I was going to look at is still on the website and “available”. They false advertised and didn’t even give me a call before driving 2 hours to inform me the Jeep I was coming to test drive had been sold...very rude staff he walked away from me after I had expressed my emotions on the situation and never returned. So I left the dealership. More

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They had a tire sale so I purchased new tires. My appoint was at 1 and I got out of there at 4:30.
