I did not purchse a vehicle but the staff responded quickly to my requests for information. It would have been helpful if the staff provided more vehicle information. For example I asked about the used trucks history and never got an answer. This cause me to decide against driving out to see it since I didn't want to waste my time with a abused vehicle. I bought a rental repurchase 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 quad cab in Dec of 2009, had a plow transferred from my 2008 Ram 1500, had to wait almost a month for that to be done. The interest rate I was given at the time of signing was higher than quoted(typical). I had tires and wheels swapped and had trouble with the tpms,had to drive 125 miles 2 times and still wasn't right. Had a rusty bumper on front and was told it was out of adjustment and that was just the way they come from the factory, and nothing could be done. I have since Traded my Ram and purchased a GMC Sierra. I had been a loyal Dodge customer up until my last two Rams, which were more of a headache than enjoyable to own. I have given you a no rating because of the lack of caring I received from your service department. More

My husband was trying to make my day, and he picked out a dodge journey for me, without driving it . We brought it home, and found that a 4 cilinder was not for us . He took the car back and all the folks at Nemer tryed there best to please him . we now own a wonderful dodge van that my husband did drive and liked very much. we need more power in a car, as we travel the moutains a lot . I telephoned the dealership to speak with the service manager as I had locked my keys in my vehicle! The service manager was with another customer, but Tanner, instead of referring me to voice mail or t manager as I had locked my keys in my vehicle! The service manager was with another customer, but Tanner, instead of referring me to voice mail or taking a message, asked me if he could assist me. I told Tanner that I was not a dealership customer, but explained my problem and he immediately was helpful, instructing me to obtain my jeep's VIN number and call him back so that he could get a "door key" cut. After providing my VIN number, Tanner had called me back within 30 minutes to tell me he would have my key delivered to my office by the dealership runner. The dealership runner was also very helpful opening my door with the "door key" that had been made and explaining to me how it could not be used in the ignition. Excellent customer service by this dealership. More
