We happened upon salesman Nathan Byrnes after a VERY awful experience at a dealership up the road. I am so grateful we came upon such an honest salesman and honest establishment. I cannot say enough good things about him. This was my daughter’s first car buying experience and I’m glad Nathan was able to assist her with that process. From the moment we walked in the front door until the moment she drove off the lot in the new (to her) Honda Civic she had a very positive experience. Nathan explained the process every step of the way and made sure she was getting everything she wanted in a car as it’s a very big investment. Nate even stayed late to help us setup her apple car play and Bluetooth in the car, as well as give us a thorough rundown of every feature in her car prior to her driving off the lot. I was so impressed with how fast my Jeep was serviced and how helpful everyone was. I loved the video showing the technician looking over the vehicle and going right to the issue without any hesitation as to what was wrong.
