I attempted to purchased a 2019 Audi from out of state. The dealership was very combative every step of the way. The Mystery managers were “always in meetings” And would a day to get back with any questions. They did not not want to send me any info regarding vehicle so I could get my own loan. When I wanted to use multiple credit cards for a down payment(so I could use up my free points and I also asked dys earlier if this would be ok and was told yes) they then began treating me like a criminal and became very insulting instead of just confirming any of this with my local bank. They also told me there was no damage to this car but it had an accident due to a deer hit. Upon further inspection and Eventually hiring a gentlemen from another body shop To inspect. The salesman changed his story and told me it wasn’t a deer and the previous owner rear ended another car. The inspection also revealed obvious damage that I was not told about. In the end this was a terrible experience. I wasted time and money but luckily did purchase this vehicle. Buyer beware here especially if trying to purchase from out of state! More
