Really impressed! Purchased a heavy duty Chev truck with dump box after months of trying to locate one. Jon Solie was FANTASTIC to work with. Had the new truck price and the trade in value worked out in 1 day. Gave a very fair price for the truck we traded in and was so easy to work with. Picked the vehicle up on a Saturday - Jon was there, as was Nels and Scott enjoyed talking with both. Couldn't be happier with Jon or the dealership. Will definitely recommend to friends.

I attempted to purchased a 2019 Audi from out of state. The dealership was very combative every step of the way. The Mystery managers were “always in meetings” And would a day to get back with any questions. They did not not want to send me any info regarding vehicle so I could get my own loan. When I wanted to use multiple credit cards for a down payment(so I could use up my free points and I also asked dys earlier if this would be ok and was told yes) they then began treating me like a criminal and became very insulting instead of just confirming any of this with my local bank. They also told me there was no damage to this car but it had an accident due to a deer hit. Upon further inspection and Eventually hiring a gentlemen from another body shop To inspect. The salesman changed his story and told me it wasn’t a deer and the previous owner rear ended another car. The inspection also revealed obvious damage that I was not told about. In the end this was a terrible experience. I wasted time and money but luckily did purchase this vehicle. Buyer beware here especially if trying to purchase from out of state!

I cannot say enough good about the care we've received from Gunderson, both in the dealership and the service department. They have treated my wife and I with respect and honest to goodness caring. The service department has gone out of their way on more than one occasion to make things safe and right at a very fair price. All auto dealerships should take note of this business model.

When i first contacted Jacob he responded back right away with the info and set up a test drive where i met Daniel and we took it for a test drive by the time we were back they had inspected my car and in minutes had the info on the price after trade in they emailed the info to my bank on Friday i went back up on Monday where i met Shaun who finalized the sale gave me all the info on all the xtras signed the paper work then Daniel walked me threw all the controls,XM radio and the onstar very helpful EVERYONE of them really enjoyed the experance

The experience at Nels Gunderson was very pleasant from the time I first talked to Dennis on the phone to the time I drove away in the vehicle i had purchased. Shaun in the finance department was very efficient, knowledgeable and personable. The people at Nels Gunderson and Osseo Motors are definitely a cut above the rest. It should also be noted that I live 300 miles from the dealership and I will without a doubt purchase all of my future vehicles from them.
