THE WORST!!!!! If I could give them negative stars I would. Ordered my Volkswagen, could clearly see online it had been delivered to their dealership. It took two weeks for them to call me back so I could come pick it up. When I arrived to the dealership, the had a parrot hanging out, pretty unsanitary and gross. No one was on the floor, they were all in a room to the left and all stared at me with blank expressions when I came in. Since I was already being so rude and interrupting them I continued by greeting them, introducing myself and letting them know I was here for an appointment. Once they got the gentlemen I was supposed to be working with, he came inside fighting on the phone with another employee. He then could not figure out what papers I had to sign, so he told me to sign anywhere. I asked him for a copy of my insurance that was sent over and he said I didn't need a copy. I insisted until he gave it to me, just in case I got pulled over or in an accident. He finally gave me a copy. When he walked me outside to show my vehicle we walked right past it. When he realized he was taking me to the wrong one, he asked for a moment so he could remove the temporary plate from the wrong car to the right one. It has been almost 4 months later and countless phone calls not returned to get them to send my paperwork to the title company so I can get a real plate. More

The rebates were great as well as getting me into a lease which will only help rebuild my credit. I can tell you that the staff at Neil Huffman will bend over backwards to try and help you however they can. I can't thank them enough for the help I am extremely happy with my new car! More

Would not fully honor 15% discount coupon; cheated During a road trip from Ohio to Texas in my 2006 VW Jetta TDI I noticed a growling sound under the hood when I stopped for gas outside Louisville, KY. During a road trip from Ohio to Texas in my 2006 VW Jetta TDI I noticed a growling sound under the hood when I stopped for gas outside Louisville, KY. Closest VW dealer was Neil Huffman Volkswagen so I limped toward them and eventually crawled into their service drive. The Service Advisor said it sounded like a bad pulley on the alternator and would cost over a thousand to fix the pulley and replace the alternator. Told him I was on a road trip and had few options for my car was essentially broken. I asked him to get me back on the road and please go easy on the price, because clearly, this was an emergency. Received a bill for $1,027.73 and subsequently learned I was charged: - 13% to 23% more than the MSRP for parts - Three hours to do a job that is supposed to be done in two hours at a labor rate 14% higher than their peers To add insult to injury they refused to fully honor their published 15% off parts and labor coupon. For me, the weary traveler trying to get to Texas, the discount was 13%. I complained to the Service Manager and he countered, "Dealerships are free to charge whatever price they wish," and claimed I had a "brand new VW Alternator" when, in fact, they installed a remanufactured alternator, according to the part number. The whole event made me feel cheated. Did I really need that alternator? Who knows? I did manage to get back to Texas without further problems but how long will this repair last? Who knows? Beware folks, beware. More
Unauthorized service of my car I took my 2001 New Beetle in to have a new key programmed. Without asking me, they did some updates under the hood.
