My prepaid service includes cleaning and a loaner. They did not have a loaner for me even though I called twice to verify that they would, and I put that request in the comments when I made my appointment. They finally gave me a Nissan Altima after I had to explain my need to go to work multiple times; and they acted like they were doing me a favor. They charged me an insane amount for breaks, and they kept my car for two full days. I dropped it off at 9:30 and at 4:30 they had not called with ANY update, so I did. They had not even looked at it or bothered to let me know they wanted to keep it overnight. When I asked whether it would be ready the next day and expressed concern, because I work full time and have two kids to drive around and would have to work picking it up into my schedule, they said that I was lucky to have "free car" to drive around. When I finally picked it up after paying thousands of dollars, they had not cleaned it all. The inside was dirty. I have photos. The windows looked like they had been rubbed with a wet, greasy rag. They did not even look at the items I asked (the trunk will close on you, something is wrong with the sensor). It was opening and closing at the pick-up, and they just shrugged even after I asked them to look at it. The car is under warranty. I think the pre-paid service just makes them treat you horribly. NEVER GO HERE. I would have filled out the customer service survey and made these complaints privately. They called and left me a message saying they were going to send one and never did. I even called and asked to have it sent. Never got it, so I am sharing here. More

Took my Q60 Infiniti convertible in back in July 2019 . They replaced an elastic strap that had broken on the top . I was told the repair would cost me $400 but since the warranty had just expired in June They replaced an elastic strap that had broken on the top . I was told the repair would cost me $400 but since the warranty had just expired in June they wouldn’t charge me . Fast forward two months later same strap broke now my cost is $4000 . I would have rather paid the $400 and had it fixed right the first time . This is very poor customer service. The car is in excellent shape and although I’m the second owner it only had 28,000 miles at the time I purchased it and now has 32,000 . Way to stand behind you product Infiniti.
