Used to be so happy here. Loved my salesperson and service guy. I would have considered myself a customer for life. Bought my vehicle here. They did all of my service and new tire purchase $$$. Then they switched the service manager and my service guy and boy did things change. My last service appt I called the service manager to express gratitude for something an employee had done. He did not call back. I called again and he did not have the decency to call me, he had the service guy call me. I called again and said I I really wanted to talk to you the manager and left a 3rd message. No call back. Huh. Guess I"m not worth his time. I got an email asking how my experience was. I told them I was highly disappointed that the service manager did not have the courtesy to call. He still did not call. Really irked me. I wanted to share a positive experience and acknowledge and employee, that's all I wanted. I can't believe he would not call me back. I was never treated this way before. My other service guy Mike R was amazing! I asked my new service guy if I could email him with service requests and he said yes and gave me his card. That's how I interacted w/my last service guy and it worked well because I work crazy hours. I sent an email asking about 2 service things. He never responded. Kinda irked me again. i needed service again and my husband said are you going back and I said why should I they don't seem to care about me to respond to my calls or emails. So I did call my service guy and told him how I felt. He said he now had the email, but didn't see it before. I told him i wanted the service manager to call me. He did, but of course delayed the call and I was working and missed the call, then we played phone tag. He said he would call me Monday. He did not call. I called him about 1 pm and he never answers my call (probably sees my name) and I said your message said you were calling me today, please call me. He did not. I of course have caller id and verizon phone logs. He calls the next day. Nope, you know what. You had a customer for life. I loved all the employees there from sales, finance (financed my car tthere), general manager, Austin (x service guy), Manny my usual service guy and I liked the previous service manager who always went out of his way to say hi and see how I was and of course loved my old service guy Mike. But I drive a long distance to go there and I don't like the way I have been treated by this service manager, so you know what, Im' gone. Getting ready to buy another vehicle next year too, guess where I"m not going. Need service, guess where I'm NOT going. Not sure what's going on with their organization, but if you can't call clients back that call you over and over again, I must not be important enough for your organization. Bye bye. More

I have been taking my car to Nationwide Infiniti for the past 3 years for service. This past December I took my car in for service due to issues with my heat. Over the past 6 months my car has been in the s past 3 years for service. This past December I took my car in for service due to issues with my heat. Over the past 6 months my car has been in the shop 4 times for the same issue. As of today I am having the same issue. On the fourth visit I called the Service Advisor to inform him my heat has gone out again and his response was "I don't see how that's possible." Clearly it's possible if I'm telling him I'm actually sitting in my car while talking to him with cold air blowing through the vent although the gauge is set at 80 degrees. The Service Dept appears to have no sense of urgency and no clue on what providing superior customer service means. At this point it is in my best interest to take my business to another Infiniti Service Center and pay to have the problem fixed correctly this time around. More
