I originally decided on an Impreza and when I arrived at the dealership to pick it up, Chris had the paperwork and vehicle ready to go....until I saw the blue Legacy that just arrived at the dealer. We noticed his follow-through during the process when unfortunately, the original car we chose was hail damaged on delivery. He apologized (as if it was his fault) and started a new search which took a short delay while finding a better equipped one at the same price. We couldn't be more pleased with his service to us.
