I came across a few cars in their inventory and sent my inquiry. I was promptly contacted and the sales person answered all of my questions. Once we knew my budget I came in and the cars of interest were ready for a test drive. Upon our return my sales person helped me narrowed down my favorites and we discussed my financing and warranty options. I decided to add a warranty since I was purchasing a BMW and wanted peace of mind. I had to place a higher deposit to bring my monthly payments down, but it was worth it since I had a warranty bundled into the deal. I was able to drive my dream car off the lot that evening! Great shopping experience from start to finish! I highly recommend National Motors they have a great selection of luxury vehicles for those on a budget! They were able to get me financing after being denied at a few other dealerships. More

The worst place ever ladies be careful before buying a car I purchased a vehicle with Ray when purchasing the car the tags wasn’t ready red flag… I should’ve ran I had to wait to the next day I was told car I purchased a vehicle with Ray when purchasing the car the tags wasn’t ready red flag… I should’ve ran I had to wait to the next day I was told that they were going to drop off vehicle in the morning ..which turned into almost closing time once the vehicle arrived to me 👎 the second day of having the vehicle inside of vehicle glove box started to fall apart along with inside of vehicle car door tearing apart.. second week engine light came on I called Ray he said oh you have a warranty our warranty doesn’t cover your vehicle reach out to your warranty department I had to wait for appointment before going to appointment also the second week I started to hear squeaking noise from driving side of vehicle finally took vehicle to bmw dealer the lady from bmw pulled up car fax sheet she said this vehicle was never fixed take back to national motors don’t keep it it’s not a good car they brought this car from auction which had problems they never fix I called Ray and told him what the lady said he informed me again that you have a warranty the financing company should cover it call them so I called the company which I never knew my warranty doesn’t cover everything on car when I purchased car Ray informed me that I had a 30 day warranty at national motors and a two year warranty with the financing department so I was told to find mechanic of choice now I’m going on the second appointment took the car to Bavarian motors they diagnosed the vehicle with a total of $2700 of work the vehicle needs smh 🤦‍♀️ they reached out to warranty department they informed them that my warranty doesn’t cover ball joints and the other things the vehicle needs I then reached back out to ray at this point I just wanted to leave this xxxx vehicle back on the lot to return it no sir 😔 he informed me now it’s not their vehicle anymore more it’s the banks 🏦 his attitude changed because I’m upset about the whole deal with this car he said he wasn’t a mechanic and than put manager Ed on the phone 📞 who also in the beginning was very rude and really didn’t have any authority to do anything with my situation now this is the third week of having unwanted vehicle with many problems with a loan 💵 on vehicle of 20.000 now I have to pay out of pocket to fix vehicle which is not fair bad dealership never again zero stars ⭐️ for me people be careful before purchasing a vehicle from these people!!!!!!👎 More
