The second is when they told me I could pick up the key they ordered it took almost 2 hours for the. To be done with my key when they said it would only be 15 minutes. TJ was our original salesman but he was extremely busy when we come back to buy so Chris ended up helping us and both of them were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. So other than things taking forever it was a good experience. More

It was like the vehicle just rolled out of the assembly line once he was done working with the paint and service departments. He never tried to get us to purchase anything we did not want, he even worked with the finance department to get us the price and payment we wanted and after verifying the with Kelly blue book, we got a very good deal. This was my second purchase from National Dodge in the last year and my salesman has been Steve Walker on both occasions. My wife and I felt very comfortable dealing with Steve and it was a very differe last year and my salesman has been Steve Walker on both occasions. After a few months I go the truck back and found it to have a few electrical issues. I took it back and about a month later it was ready to be picked up. I was told the truck was fixed and they hope to see me during my next oil change. I left the lot and noticed 2 of the 3 original gripes were still there. I decided to have another dealer for a second opinion of the work. They found the main body harness to be spliced into and had random wires hanging out not connected to anything. They never soldered the wires and also had random wires that were not part of the harness run along the main harness. I am still dealing with the issue. More

Amiel promptly show us several vehicles, show us all the features of each, afterwhich Amiel offered us a test drive.After the test drive, we went inside to work some number and were able to come to some agreeable terms. Additionally, we had already been pre-approved for a purchase with a very competative interest rate. The business manager was able to beat the rate we had, thereby saving us a few more dollars. Overall, this was an outstanding experience and will weigh heavy on our decision on where to purchase vehicle in the future. More
