This was probably the quickest I have ever bought a new vehicle, and it wasn't just because I was so impressed with the vehicle itself (although I certainly was). EVERY person I came in contact with, after Chris, was very polite, professional, and thorough in explaining the process and patient in answering my questions (Lorenzo in finance and Sheila in the insurance office). When I returned the next day to retrieve items I had left in my trade-in, other sales personnel made sure they were returned to me. It was a PLEASURE to do business with this dealership.
