Service agent was not helpful and combative when he misunderstood what I was asking and was shocked by his response. Did not listen to my questions. Did not go over any of the work done on my car. Afte misunderstood what I was asking and was shocked by his response. Did not listen to my questions. Did not go over any of the work done on my car. After I left they sent a video of someone walking around my car talking about it and they mentioned I had a nail in my tire. After having my car at the service for near 2 hours I now have to go back and spend more time to get this fixed because they failed to mention this problem while I was still there. I would suggest to avoid Johnny, maybe some of the other service agents are more helpful. More

Did a good job with the oil change, didn't take long, but lost the cap to the valve stem when they rotated and checked the tires.
