Great customer service from the start. I went in with the intention to buy a car and they kept me there without me feeling "skeezy" :). I am a first time buyer and would definitely recommend. I came to nate wade in 09 to buy my first subaru and didn't really enjoy my experience, so I was hesitant to go back for my new purchase, but I am so happy I did! Gentry was very courteous and very friendly. We used the Costco buying program and were extremely satisfied with the service at Nate Wade. We were purchasing the car from out of state and Nick and Steve made it very easy to do so. Being picked up from the hotel on the day we picked up the car, a full tank of gas, and an excellent review of the features of the car were all wonderful touches to top off a great experience. More
