Nate Wade has a great approach to sales and a car buying experience easy and friendly. I found the vehicle I wanted (2013 Outback 2.5i Limited, Brilliant Brown Pearl with Saddle Brown Leather interior--Spe experience easy and friendly. I found the vehicle I wanted (2013 Outback 2.5i Limited, Brilliant Brown Pearl with Saddle Brown Leather interior--Special Appearance Package) online, communicated via email, showed up the next day and drove off in my new Outback about 4 hours later, which included a trade in for my Lincoln Navigator. The price on the vehicle was very good and the trade in for my vehicle was fair. I knew where I wanted to be to get the deal done in a short period of time and there was no haggling---we got the deal done quickly. Nick Smith was great to work with and good guy. No pressure whatsoever. Nate Wade Finance got me an interest rate of 2.49 on 60 month loan, which was almost a point less than my own bank (Chase) was offering. This is my 2nd Subaru Outback from Nate Wade and when the time comes around again, Nate Wade will be getting my business. More
Nick went above and beyond to work with us. He stayed late 2 days in a row to let us test drive the cars we were interested in and purchase our Legacy. Great customer service from the start. I went in with the intention to buy a car and they kept me there without me feeling "skeezy" :). I am a first time buyer and would definitely recommend. everyone was great.....especially nick smith....VERYsubtley pushing ahead, not offending..... however, i was at the dealership once before ( saw a different sales rep)... the model in th smith....VERYsubtley pushing ahead, not offending..... however, i was at the dealership once before ( saw a different sales rep)... the model in the show room had a dead battery and therefore, the rear doors and trunk could not be opened... This happened at another dealership, and the rep got a battery charger so we could open/close/look, etc.... not at nate wade.... More

I came to nate wade in 09 to buy my first subaru and didn't really enjoy my experience, so I was hesitant to go back for my new purchase, but I am so happy I did! Gentry was very courteous and very friendly.
