Several days after having had my car serviced, regular oil change, etc., I had a crisis: although the battery was fine, my car would not start and I had to have it towed to Nate Wade Subaru. Long story oil change, etc., I had a crisis: although the battery was fine, my car would not start and I had to have it towed to Nate Wade Subaru. Long story short: No charges for the loaner car while my car was at the dealer shop nor for the thorough examination to find and resolve the problem. I am and will be a dedicated Nate Wade Subaru customer based on this business's extraordinary service and customer relations. More
This was my first experience with Nate Wade and the Subaru brand. I was a little worried because I did not know anyone personally that worked with Nate Wade. I contacted Gentry via email initially. He was very friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. No pressure at all. He was not "fishing" for a sale. He wanted to make sure I was doing the right thing for myself. I felt I could be completely open with him without feeling he was trying to take advantage of me. Nick Poulos was the finance manager I worked with. Nick is an amazing guy. He knew what I was looking for and he was able to exceed my expectations. I'm not sure what kind of magic he uses, but I've never worked with a finance manager that was willing to work so hard for me. Overall, Nate Wade and their employees have been very helpful, they treat you so much different than a stereotypical dealership. I'm blown away at the experience and treatment I've received. More
I began my car search online as most people do now, and requested an e-mail quote. Within 5 minutes Nick Smith had replied with the requested information. I met with him several hours later, drove the car (2007 Subaru Outback), worked out a final sale price and he had the car sent to the shop for final touch-ups. When I went to complete the sale and pick up the car, the process was seamless and the dealership had far exceeded my expectations with the car. I had already received a pre-approval from America First, and Nick Poulos was able to finalize the sale with their approval so I did not have to go back to the bank. The entire staff that I had interaction with were all very professional and not at all pushy as I have experienced with many other dealerships. This has by far been my best car buying experience and they have definitely earned a customer for life! More
The two gentlemen I worked with, (salesman and finance) were very polite, friendly and knew what they were doing. They did not seem to have "no clue" about their jobs as I see in so many people I encounte were very polite, friendly and knew what they were doing. This was an excellent visit and car buying experience. Lamar Moody was the most relaxed sales person I have ever worked with. I was just browsing online and found a car that I really liked, emailed Gentry and he sent me the information and invited me to come take a test drive. I showed up the same day to test drive and he got righ liked, emailed Gentry and he sent me the information and invited me to come take a test drive. I showed up the same day to test drive and he got right to work finding the car and then sent me on my way to drive it. When I finished the drive he didn't bombard me with a lot of questions he just wanted to know if I liked the car. Which I did! After that he stayed in contact with me for a week to make sure financing and everything was in place for me to make the purchase. There came a time that I didn't think I was going to be able to make the purchase, but he wasn't going to let this car slip out from underneath me. He did everything he could and talked with Nick to make sure I could get a good deal on financing and drive away with my first big auto purchase. They both did an amazing at their job, actually I wouldn't even call it their job, they made it more of a friendship than a job. I can say this because I have been to many dealers and haven't been treated as well as I was at Nate Wade Subaru. Even my mom was excited to be helping me make this purchase and she doesn't really like dealerships or car sales men. Overall my experience was AWESOME!!! More

Gentry helped me to find a perfect car that meets my needs. It was my first time to purchase a new car, so I was a little bit nervous. Gentry was there to answer all my questions and I didn't feel like I was pushed to purchase or anything. First, I went in to do a test-drive on Subaru Impreza...and I ended up getting a Crosstrek! I'm so glad that Gentry offered me to drive it! I'm so happy with my new car and it's good to know that Nate Wade will take care of my new car for years to come. More
