I have been shopping around for a Subaru for about a year now. I have done my research and knew what I wanted. I contacted Nate Wade Subaru about two weeks ago about a used Subaru and it sold before I coul now. I have done my research and knew what I wanted. I contacted Nate Wade Subaru about two weeks ago about a used Subaru and it sold before I could get there, I then contacted about another used Subaru and it also sold before I could get there. I live an hour and a half away and I have two little girls so it makes it hard to get down there. I spoke with Gentry and he was amazing. He kept me up to date on these cars so I wasn't making the drive for nothing. He found me a new car and made it work for me to try another car I loved (and bought). He went above and beyond to help when I got there. Helped with my kids and car seats. He had my car appraised by time I was done test driving and made everything quick and painless. I am very happy with my buying experience and I would not hesitate to tell my friends to shop there, Thank you so much and loving my car! Becky More

My last car was a Honda. Loved the last dealership because it was low pressure and no sales tactics that really turn me off buying a new car. I decided to try several different dealerships looking for that new car. One of my stops was at Nate Wade Subaru. Mario Tonel was on the grounds when my husband and I started looking around. He was informative, helpful and gave me the same low pressure "because the cars sell themselves" approach. When it came time to pick my car and buy it, we looked Mario up again and worked with him to select it. The whole experience was great. The open house they hold once a month for new buyers was a first for me. Loved it. My first 5,000 mile service went exactly the way they said it would. No appointment, just drove up dropped off, waited about 15 minutes and I was out of there again. Great service. I had my last car for 14 years and hope to have my subaru longer. More

Best car buying experience ever. Mario was non-pushy and didn't force or rush anything. I have never been in and out of a car dealership with the car that I wanted and financing in place so quick. Have you ever pulled your vehicle into a service center and been told that you "don't" need service? It happened to me at Nate Wade. I had taken my Chrysler mini van to another dealership for service and and been told that you "don't" need service? It happened to me at Nate Wade. I had taken my Chrysler mini van to another dealership for service and an inspection and I was told that it needed a lot of work. I was told that "without the work, the car would not pass inspection". I was skeptical....so I pulled the car out and took it to the service center at Nate Wade. Mitch inspected the car, not knowing of the previous appointment that I had at another dealership. He fixed a few minor things with the vehicle. To say the least, the car did not need "a lot" of work and I left the Nate Wade service center with a small bill and a new appreciation for a service center and employees that do things "right"....based on what a customer truly needs and not on what the dealer thinks they can "sell" them. I am now on my third Subaru with Nate Wade and I have never been to another dealership for service. Mario Tunel has sold me two of those vehicles...and he is wonderful to work with. Thanks to all the friendly employees at Nate Wade...I am probably a customer for life. More
I have bought a total of 3 cars from Nate Wade, all Subaru's. Overall the sales experience is low pressure and quite easy. The service department has been easy to deal with as well. My only negative experience came on my last purchase. I was trading in my existing car with low mileage and the person responsible for evaluating my trade-in came back from the test drive claiming my clutch would need to be replaced. This was news to me and would take $1,000 off the trade-in value. I protested that the clutch was fine to my salesperson and viewed this as a tactic to pay less for my trade-in. The salesperson then went to the service manager and had him drive my car which he said was fine. On a positive note when my new car was in service for a check engine light (a bad sensor) they took the car out for a test drive and found the clutch to be quite worn and replaced it under warranty. More
Our Son has bought several cars from Nate Wade and is friends with Brock Kassing. So it was because of his recommendation that we chose to shop at Nate Wade. I went on line and saw two cars that interested me. I was contact by Brock and he invited my wife and I to come into the dealership. He introduce us to Nick Smith and we were given the keys to both vehicles to test drive. NO pressure NO hard sales pitch, Just friendly customer service from Nick Smith. We are completely satisfied with our purchase and will and have already made a recommendation to my neighbor! Thanks to Nick Smith and the team at Nate Wade! More
