When I needed a new Subaru, I asked for Carla again. Once again, she was very good to work with. She explains right up front the details about the cars and the pricing. She doesn't play any games. She understands the various vehicles and their options and explains them very well. She is pleasant and friendly. I would recommend her highly to anyone who is tired of the car buying gamesmanship most dealers play with customers. It was another very positive experience. If you want a Subaru, and you should, ask for Carla. If you forget her name, just ask for the only female salesperson at Nate Wade Subaru. She also handles their online sales as well. More
Trustworthy Dealership This place is great. They are so helpful, honest and straight forward. I've been to many other dealers recently and all of them were bad experiences. This place is great. Steve in finance worked hard for a great rate for me, very detailed information and great to talk to. My salesman Mike was able to help me find the car I wanted and didn't try to sell me something different. He was very easy to work with around scheduling and very nice. Knowledgable and helpful about the car. This is the best experience I've had at a car dealer and would highly recommend them to anyone. No sneaky moves or lies. I didn't know places like this were real! More

Nick ended up giving us the better deal compared to another dealership we had gone to earlier in the day. The process was stress free and went smoothly. As my wife and I were from Wyoming visiting family in Salt Lake I let him know we only had a limited amount of time ...2 hours before we met with family again to see if we could narrow down our selection. Nick was a great listener and gave thoughtful answers to my questions. By so doing we knew the Outback Limited was our best choice. Nick quickly got us the keys of two cars with the two interior color choices after we picked out our ice silver exterior color choice.. He then drove us in the very Subaru we picked out demonstrating the truly remarkable Eyesight Safety System I had asked so many questions about. He then let me take the wheel to see how easy it was to use. Upon return to the dealership I asked for an appraisal of our 2006 Subaru Outback which Nick quickly arranged and then gave us the Costco bottom line price. I appreciated all of this without the usual interference from a sales mgr. as Nick could do it all so put down a deposit to hold the car for the following Monday. Nick was always so professional and never overly aggressive in his approach as closing was a natural conclusion to the sales process as I wanted that Subie at that price and right now by claiming it with my deposit. He then during the week sent me several text messages seeing how I was doing with the financing and finalizing.closing on Monday. That Monday Nick ushered me through the paperwork process and sent me over to Steve Yates in the office to sign more papers. I appreciated two things about this process...there was only one offer given to us on a vehicle service coverage without multiple offers of special dealer add ins, etc. Second, Steve allowed us to drive the car back to Wyoming even though we had only partially paid for the car as our wire transfer was delayed till the next day. Thank you Nate Wade Subaru and especially Nick Westover for making my new car buying experience My Best Ever! More

I never felt pressured in any way. The evening I went back to purchase my car, I know Craig was there much later than he'd been scheduled, but never let on that this was a problem. This was the second car I've purchased from Nate Wade, and I'm sure we'll be back again in the future. More

Best car buying experience ever!! .I have been buying new cars for almost 50 years. I have never had as easy, and enjoyable experience as with Nick Smith at Nate Wade Subaru. We went .I have been buying new cars for almost 50 years. I have never had as easy, and enjoyable experience as with Nick Smith at Nate Wade Subaru. We went on Labor Day as a result of a friend's referral. Nick wasn't immediately available so Gentry Mikesell offered to help. We told him that we were interested in a new Outback Limited with Eyesight. Within about five minutes he had one for us to test drive. After spending about ten minutes giving us a brief but thorough explanation of the major functions, he said to take it as long as we wanted/needed to evaluate the car, he even suggested we drive to Park City to evaluate its ability in the mountains. Nick met us after the test drive and spent about 45 minutes answering questions. We left without any pressure to buy. Nick followed up with an email that had links to about a dozen videos that gave a good explanation of the various electronic safety and entertainment functions. We made an appointment to see Nick on the following Friday. Again, no pressure to buy. He listened to what we wanted, checked all the dealer inventories in the local area and found what we wanted. Our trade-in was evaluated. Nick suggested that we take it to CarMax to see what they offer for a buy out because we owed quite a bit more than the trade value and the trade in would not have been in our best interest. That was great advice as their offer was $1,500 more than if we traded it in. Nick picked up the car we wanted on a dealer trade. We discussed trade versus lease. Again, no pressure, just good, logical explanation of the pros and cons of each. The price was better than that offered by any other dealer in the SLC area. Then the real surprise - no pressure from finance to buy any extras (warranties, paint protection, etc.) that I have experienced at every other dealer (VW, Chrysler, Toyota, Acura and BMW). We drove away in the car we wanted with safety features that would have cost thousands more in a car that probably would not have been safer or more comfortable. I still cannot believe how stressless the whole experience was. More

We happened to be in the Salt Lake area shortly after the car being totaled and decided to test drive some cars. Craig Simpson allowed us to test drive several vehicles but understood that we were not yet ready. He spent quite a bit of time with us and did not seem bothered by this at all. So, when we were finally ready to buy a new car we asked specifically for Craig. He knows this ins and outs of each model and allowed us to take our time in our decision making. He was not pushy and very nice. We highly recommend contacting Craig Simpson to purchase your next Subaru. And we LOVE our 2016 Forester. Thanks again! More
