This time was a totally different experience dealing with Michael Johnston and a no hi pressure F&I person at closing. My recommendations. More

Carla was super sweet and we did a test drive and I ordered my new crosstrek which arrived just last week. I love it and the whole buying car experience was a pleasure and simple and not stressful and got just what I asked for no pressure to upgrade and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase and the whole car buying experience. He was super helpful, even suspended his lunch break to move my process along. He quickly nabbed someone to evaluate my Honda trade-in. He answered all of my questions, and set up my meeting with Steve Yates, which went a little long, but I'm sure he was just doing his job. My only disappointment was not receiving a manual for my car. I was given, as a last resort, a manual for 2013, which doesn't have all the features my Impreza Premium has. Hopefully, they will find one for my model and year ASAP. More
