My first purchase of a new Forrester from Mark Miller Subaru in South Jordan a few years ago was an experience I will not forget with the high pressure time wasting F&I guy trying to push everything from etched windows "for faster theft return" to handy grocery bag holders. This time was a totally different experience dealing with Michael Johnston and a no hi pressure F&I person at closing. My recommendations. More
Great experience I was looking for a new car via the internet and was put in contact with this dealership by the Subaru concierge, and then Carla York contacted me vi I was looking for a new car via the internet and was put in contact with this dealership by the Subaru concierge, and then Carla York contacted me via internet as I was requesting a quote on a new crosstrek. Carla was super sweet and we did a test drive and I ordered my new crosstrek which arrived just last week. I love it and the whole buying car experience was a pleasure and simple and not stressful and got just what I asked for no pressure to upgrade and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase and the whole car buying experience. I definitely recommend my salesperson, Carla, and the dealership. More

The partnership of Mike and Josh was also helpful so that someone was always there. No pressure- Both spent time going over technical aspects of the car, with initially driving the cars to go over the features and then allowing us to drive the car on our own. Nick was well informed and could answer all our questions about financing. Very friendly. Quick, direct and to the point. Even though he was very busy, he was willing to spend time with us to make sure we understood the options. More

He was super helpful, even suspended his lunch break to move my process along. He quickly nabbed someone to evaluate my Honda trade-in. He answered all of my questions, and set up my meeting with Steve Yates, which went a little long, but I'm sure he was just doing his job. My only disappointment was not receiving a manual for my car. I was given, as a last resort, a manual for 2013, which doesn't have all the features my Impreza Premium has. Hopefully, they will find one for my model and year ASAP. More
