Happy to be a new member of the Subaru community. I needed a new car, badly. I treated my jeep well, and it had gotten me through thick and thin - but my time with her was at an end. It was time for me to get into another vehicle that was up to my demands as a driver. This is my first time buying new. I decided on Subaru for the all wheel drive (living in Utah with the incredible snow) and the rep they get with campers, hikers, snowboarders and the rest of the outdoor community. I emailed the dealer and started working with Mike, my car dealer and Fred, my financial advisor. I explained my situation for them, that I had low income (being a farmer), needed to trade in my jeep(bye Sora!), but still had great credit(thanks finiacial background!). Even with having negative equity on my jeep, working with Mike and Fred made my purchase such a quick and easy process. I was always warned about dealerships, being a girl in my early twenties purchasing a new car, that I would get 'screwed over' and put into something that I paid to much for. I have a good judge of character and Mike and Fred worked with me through all of the concerns that I had. They were both genuinely concerned for my best interests and explained things in an easy way to understand. They took care of everything, and in just 2 days, I was in my new Subaru Forester! I couldn't be happier with my purchase! Thank you Nate Wade!! Thank you Fred and Mike! You're both wonderful! More

Customer Service Sucks Horrible service. Had an issue with my newly purchased vehicle. Called to talk with the service department. I was told they were closing soon, but tha Horrible service. Drove 30 minutes to the dealership, only to be told after 5 seconds of looking at the issue that they couldn't do anything about it and that I would have to come back and talk to the service department. No offers to come to my house to fix it, even though they had promised that it could be fixed and I had taken an hour out of my day to go in based on that representation. Will never buy there again. More
