Were pleasantly surprised they let us do the test drive without the salesman, and there was no pressure from Josh while we looked around to be sure this was the car we wanted. Also, while we were offered the usual extras (extended warranty, clear bra, etc.), there was no pressure to purchase these (even though I think we will get them after having time to think about it). I like their offer of a shuttle to take me to work if my car is serviced. Also like the free annual vehicle inspection for registration. Finally, the waiting area is very nice with fresh pop corn and soft drinks. Very happy with every aspect of this car-buying experience. More

Above and beyond On the way to my appt. for test-drive, our vehicle got a flat tire. I called the sales rep. about our delay. He offered to help but we declined until we discovered that our spare tire was flat. We called him back and 20 minutes later he arrived on the interstate to rescue us in a new 2017 Subaru Outback so I could test-drive it into the city. Within 48 hours, I owned a new Subaru! The sales (and service dept. which I've used for over a decade) at this dealership care about customer satisfaction going above and beyond the norm. Thanks, Subaru! More
