Great experience! I came in before the holidays to look at the outbacks. I met Nick Smith. He was very helpful. Above and beyond On the way to my appt. for test-drive, our vehicle got a flat tire. I called the sales rep. about our delay. We called him back and 20 minutes later he arrived on the interstate to rescue us in a new 2017 Subaru Outback so I could test-drive it into the city. Within 48 hours, I owned a new Subaru! Mikes knowledge of the Costco Auto Buying Program was right on point. Mike understood my timeframe for purchasing a vehicle and was cool with the few times I had changed my mind from the Outback I first looked at and drove, the Forester Turbo I put a deposit on and ultimately the Forester Touring I finally drove off the lot He took his time explaining all the electronics, safety features and future servicing.
