AWESOME experience at Nate Wade Subaru with my Forester XT I researched online a while and I deduced to that I want Subaru. I went for test drive at a couple of other dealers but I decided to go with Nate Wade I researched online a while and I deduced to that I want Subaru. I went for test drive at a couple of other dealers but I decided to go with Nate Wade Subaru. Mike Johnson reached me by email and I asked for more information of Outback 3.6R and Forester XT. He responded back to me immediately. He explained all the information I needed and absolutely NO PRESSURE at all from beginning. I chose Forester XT with Sepia Bronze (brown color) so I ordered it and waited patiently to come. Mike was easy to reach by text which I preferred and he updated me when to expect. When my vehicle was finally arrived at dealer and ready, I was only available on his day off but he came to assist me on his day off, spent half day there and went through all the process. He showed us where to bring my car, who to contact, and set up when we bring our car for appointment etc. He is so friendly and no hassle or pressure. He showed all the nick neck in the car and how to use them. I can't thank him enough for all his help!!! Paul Burt whom finance person was outstanding also!!! No like other dealers, "Go ahead and sign here and there" without explanation for what we are signing them. NO!. Not like that at all. Paul took his time and explained everything. He understands our needs and wants and I can't thank him enough for that. We had the best car buying experience there that we can't compare with other dealers we went through. I definitely can recommend Nate Wade Subaru and Mike Johnson will be the great sales associate! Of course, I love love love my Forester XT! Awesome power, beautiful color, extremely comfortable seat and I could not stop smiling as driving home!. What can I ask for more? This vehicle became my dream car! Thank you so much, Nate Wade Subaru for having such outstanding individuals like Mike Johnson and Paul Burt to make car buying experience so wonderful! More

He was diligent about answering my questions when I texted him and just so nice! When the car arrived at the dealership, he made sure that all of the details were taken care of from making sure that the car was clean and prepped and he meticulously went over all of the features and how to use the Navigation and media screen as well as the comfort details built into the car...he introduced me to the service techs and made me feel like I just joined the family! I love my new car, and the whole experience was perfect. More

If I had had my insurance ready, then I think I could have been in and out in about 60-90 minutes. Mike kept saying, "We want to do what we need to do to earn your business." I appreciated that. I realize all salesmen need to make sales, but I didn't feel like a number here. Great experience. More
