He was diligent about answering my questions when I texted him and just so nice! When the car arrived at the dealership, he made sure that all of the details were taken care of from making sure that the car was clean and prepped and he meticulously went over all of the features and how to use the Navigation and media screen as well as the comfort details built into the car...he introduced me to the service techs and made me feel like I just joined the family! I love my new car, and the whole experience was perfect. More

If I had had my insurance ready, then I think I could have been in and out in about 60-90 minutes. Mike kept saying, "We want to do what we need to do to earn your business." I appreciated that. I realize all salesmen need to make sales, but I didn't feel like a number here. Great experience. More

Snowy Test Drive Made the Sale I did the test drive with shortly after a snow storm. The forester performed beautifully. I was impressed by the handling. The suspension handled pot holes without jostling those in the vehicle. The vehicle I wanted was in transit and not not scheduled to be in stock for an week. Mike Johnston was assisting me and kept me informed as later snow storms delayed delivery. Mike used the delay time to prepare documents and arrange insurance. I appreciated the frequent contact and updates. The preparation made the purchase a breeze. More

Were pleasantly surprised they let us do the test drive without the salesman, and there was no pressure from Josh while we looked around to be sure this was the car we wanted. Also, while we were offered the usual extras (extended warranty, clear bra, etc.), there was no pressure to purchase these (even though I think we will get them after having time to think about it). I like their offer of a shuttle to take me to work if my car is serviced. Also like the free annual vehicle inspection for registration. Finally, the waiting area is very nice with fresh pop corn and soft drinks. Very happy with every aspect of this car-buying experience. More
