There was a big misunderstanding when I purchased a new key fob, it was not programmed to auto start as it was when I purchased the car. I was accused of going to an independent vendor with the fob, which key fob, it was not programmed to auto start as it was when I purchased the car. I caught a lot of attitude with the service managers, I just want to go to a service dept once and have the problem solved! I felt s personal vendetta with these individuals, at the cost of the dealership. They need to learn respect regarding everyone who walks thru those doors! More
