Junior is very nice and professional. I dropped off my vehicle for an oil change. When I came to pick it up an hour or so later I saw a giant dent and scrapes. I told the service advisor. Immediately “damage was there” after having to argue that my car was damaged at the dealership I was finally able to get a random manager to speak with me. He told me the cameras were not working and they had no proof. Eventually they agreed to fix the damages. I was left without a vehicle for 4 days. Very poor communication and seemed a bit harsh not to find me a loaner or rental. I had to walk home for 4 days because they damaged my car during an oil change. The whole time it was like I was inconveniencing them. More
