They even offered to return my old plates to DMV, sent the receipt and I even got a refund from DMV , and have only had the car less than a month!! I will never, go to another dealership, and I will make sure I send anyone I know, looking for a new car to see the group at Napoli. I can't say enough positive things about my experience. I always have such trepidation walking into a car dealership as a young, single female, but the employees at Napoli were very respectful not only of me but of what I was looking for in a car and price range. After test driving a couple of vehicles (and with the reassurance of Ron and Joey) I decided upon leasing a brand new Sentra, which I am in LOVE with. For a fairly low monthly payment I was able to lease a beautiful car; I chose to pay a little extra each moth for a basic warranty that covers a lot of interior/exterior damages, which is great for peace of mind. Great experience and look forward to working with them again in the future! More
