My son had a Saab 9-3 that was totaled in an auto accident and wanted to replace it with the exact car. We found it on Napoli Motor's website, a 2008 Blue Saab 9-3 Linear for 7995.00. My son's same exact car, so I called as I wanted to purchase it. They said they still had it and I specified 2 times that I was ONLY interested in that particular car and explained why. They said the sales manager would have it waiting for us when we got there, #1 lie. We got there 45 minutes away and was greeted by Brian who told us that the car was at the other showroom right down the street and he would be back with it in 5 minutes. 30 minutes later he came back and said it was sold and tried to sell us something else. We promptly got up and left. They wasted our Sunday afternoon! Stay away from this dealer, I have read too many stories EXACTLY like this one on the reviews, I should have listened. More
Very dishonest dealership! Terrible dealership! Nice sales people who work hard, but lost a sale because of false advertising. Be Carefull if you think you're buying a car adver Terrible dealership! Nice sales people who work hard, but lost a sale because of false advertising. Be Carefull if you think you're buying a car advertised as certified used. When you go to buy it they will tell you it's " certifiable" and you have to pay extra to have it certified. This is after the price has been negotiated. Run, and don't look back. More

We were accepted for financing through NMAC and paperwork was signed. However, at this point things became confused. We were told by the finance mananger (Joe) that they couldn't complete registration transfer because they didn't have the title to the car we were buying and were told they would take care of it by the end of the week and we were sent off with dealer plates. At the end of the week, salesman called and told us all was set and could we drive down to get the registration and bring back the dealer plates as well as title to our trade. After some schedule juggling, I,drove down on Saturday, handed over the title to our trade, gave them back dealer plate. After a time "Joe" came out and said the could still not give me the registration. He wrote out a temporary one so that we could put our own plates on car...and Promised he would send our registration to us on Monday. By Friday we had not received it. Upon calling the dealership and again talking to "Joe", he acted surprised and passed blame to the office personnel. He stated he look into it and call me right back. Now 5 days later I have still now received that " I'll call you right back" phone call. We still have no registration now after four weeks. Seems odd! This so called manager has no follow up skills, poor understanding of customer service, and in my opinion, has mis- represented the problem and seems unable to accept responsibility for his ineptitude. In my career as an operations manager leading other management and hundreds of employees, this individual would certainly not have remained in any responsible position for long. Finally, we received neither any commincation nor have we received the registration so I can not comment on the final outcome. Suffice it to say, I see no reason to visit this dealership again to purchase a vehicle or for any other service. More
I been a costumer of this dealer for many years, I have bought about 7 new cars from them and every time I go back it got worse , to the point that I had to write this review. very unprofessional, they ga bought about 7 new cars from them and every time I go back it got worse , to the point that I had to write this review. very unprofessional, they gave my name to every bank in the US and that dropped my credit score a lot of points. they gave me the car and said you are approved just come back to sign the paper work tomorrow. after a week they notice they enter all my info wrong in the application. needless to say. now I have lower credit score and I will never make business with them anymore. after been a loyal costumer for many years that's the treatment I get. be aware. they have a saying in the radio that says: if your car doesn't say NAPOLI you paid too much. wrong. prices are very high and the service is horrible. As soon as I came in I was greeted by Tony who is probably the only decent person i dealt with at that place. He was very accommodating and answer every single question and even helped me after his job was done (selling the vehicle). after I drove of the lot with my car the irresponsible finance department forgot to do their job and my car got repo the very next week. I got in touch with Tony and he did everything in his power to help me get my car back. but after dealing with the repo company my car was damage and know needs repairs to the body, front end suspension or new tires (I'm hoping). And napoli management answer to all this is "go tell the repo company, their the ones responsible for your damages". I feel that they should be the ones repairing the vehicle since they are the cause for my car to be towed away in the first place. know I have the headache of dealing with a rude and irresponsible repo company. all because they drop the ball on this one (actual words from one of the managers) Napoli looks like a good dealer to do business with but some of there staff are not living up to the Napoli promise and costumer service policies... They had the best price and the truck I wanted was in stock. We arrived at a very good price right off the bat, financed it, took in my lease return, prepped the truck, even helped arrange the insurance stock. My experience at Napoli was wondeful. I worked with a Salesman by the name of Anthony. Before going into Napoli I was a little nervous, being this was my first time purcashing a car I would have to finan Salesman by the name of Anthony. Before going into Napoli I was a little nervous, being this was my first time purcashing a car I would have to finance. I've heard multiple rumors about dealerships scamming you. Didn't want to fall victim to that at all. I'm a female, and young. A little unknowledgable as far as what would be a good deal and what wouldn't. My main objective that day was just walking off the lot with something better then what I had. Which indeed I did. Walking into Napoli I was greeted by the most friendliest people. It was a very welcoming atmosphere. I've met with manager who then peered me with my salesman Anthony. Right off the bat I was impressed with the willingness of Anthony trying to get me in a car that day. That was my goal going in. Not once, working with Anthony have I ever felt pressured into getting something out of my price range. That day I actually walked in there with two brands of cars I wanted. Unfortunately, those cars was out of my price range. But Anthony was kind enough to point me to cars that was more in my price range. To where I would have affordable payments, and my insurance wouldn't sky rocket. Those little things made me feel real comfortable dealing with Anthony. He was mindful of everything, my budget, and insurance. That day I ended up trading in my little hooptie, and walking off the lot in a nice 2010 Chevy Malibu. It had very low mileage, looked very nice inside and out, and not a gas guzzler. I was very pleased with the service I received that day. I highly recommend anyone to go there. I actually referred a few people there who are now purchasing cars from there. More

I purchased 2 cars From: Tancredi, Maura Sent: Thursday, September 26, 2013 7:57 PM Subject: Marci Lynn Hi Scott, My name is Maura Tancredi. I purchased 2 cars in two weeks in May (2012 Chrysler 200 and 2013 Nissan Maxima) and was thrilled with Paul’s customer service so referred my friend Mina who was looking for a car. Well in July she purchased a 2013 Altima and told her sales rep I referred her and went through the referral process. When Mina asked me last month if I ever heard anything from Nissan I said no, so she contacted her rep who said he would look into it. Well he never did, and I have to say my mind really changed that Nissan Napoli does not “Walk the Talk”. So when I received an e-mail from Marci about referring people to Nissan and they can get a free oil change if they come, I sent her an email explaining my story and saying I would never refer anyone there again given my experience. Well she IMMEDIATELY sent me an e-mail back apologizing and saying she would look into it and kept me informed on every step she was taking! She jumped all over it and QUICKLY took action!! Her customer service skills are amazing (I am an HR Director in a Sales company and I have to say, you are very fortunate to have someone with that skill set). Anyway, she called and emailed me today to tell me my check was ready and gave me options to pick up or be mailed. She is amazing and really turned my opinion around on Napoli.. You are lucky to have her and I will absolutely be referring more people to Napoli motors. I would, however, check into the salesman that dropped the ball on this, because had it not been for Marci, I would have easily walked away from 100.00 and shared my not so pleasant experience with others, when everything else about my experience there was STELLAR. But it’s human nature to remember the last touch point of an experience, and in my case it was not that salesman BUT Marci! So Kudos to Napoli for employing a superstar.. Keep her happy and find ways to retain her!! Best Regards Maura Tancredi More
Called Napoli Nissan on a Friday at 3:40pm and spoke to an internet consultant by the name of Sherry. I told her I was interested in a white 2009 Nissan Maxima with leather interior. I asked if the vehicle an internet consultant by the name of Sherry. I told her I was interested in a white 2009 Nissan Maxima with leather interior. I asked if the vehicle was still available before I took the drive there seeing that they're located over an hour away from where I was coming from. She replied that the car was still available and so I told her that I would be there in a hour or so pending traffic. Already frustrated after getting stuck in 45 minutes of traffic and arriving at 5:30pm, the on the floor sales consultant that I was introduced to told me that the car was sold. I mentioned that I called less than 2 hours earlier and I was told that the vehicle was still available. I told him I specifically asked so that it would not be a waste of my time, gas, or money. The sales consultant had no answer for me aside from that fact that he wanted to sell me another car. This is a classic example of another dealer's shady business ethic, always trying to bait and switch a weary customer by just trying to get them in the door. WARNING, please don't give your business to any dealership such as Napoli Nissan that only has their best interest in mind. More
