The rest of the staff stood there as I got angry due to his lame "tactics" which involved being pushy, rude and abrasive, and chose to do nothing. No management there to help the issue and was angry enough to walk back in to vocalize in case anyone would offer more and they laughed. Had cash in hand, no games just wanted the best I could get for my money and instead got a terrible experience. Wouldn't recommend even stopping by when you can go elsewhere. The I-95 corridor has too many dealerships to be treated like that. More

To start I never write negative reviews and rarely complain, but I was ripped off here too many times and I would hate for anyone to go through this experience. Please go somewhere else that will you treat you with respect. The service department is not kind. I had an appointment ahead of time for service/oil change in September. When I arrived I was greeted in not a kind way. I was told I never made an appointment. Well I have the evidence on my phone, I guess it's my fault for not documenting who I talked to. I even showed him my reminder email for my appointment. He brushed it off and said I would have to wait 1.5-2 hours. On a more recent occasion I brought my car back in for service because I noticed my low tire pressure light was on. I walked out of there spending 1,000+ dollars.It turns out they sold us the car with the break pads already worn down to almost the illegal limit. It was off by .2mm. In addition, even though I have only drive 2,000 miles since purchasing the car there were major issues with the rotors as well that should never have popped up in 6 months. Now, I should have been MUCH more attentive when buying the car, but I was told that everything was in good shape and that the tires where in great shape by the sales rep. When we talked to the sales rep later he said, that stuff isn't up to me to know. Well how can someone like that sell you a car....Also, when my fiance and I talked with a manager, he even admitted to the wrong doing and tried to start fighting with us... Not our style. We will not be giving them our business anymore. There was a lot of shady stuff like that with the other things wrong with car. We were also insulted by a service staff member, but I really don't want to share that comment on here. It was really upsetting. After this experience and talking to others who know of Napoli Motors, we've heard similar stories from them. I would hate for anyone to have to deal with any of this, please go somewhere else. I don't know why there are in business. More
Poor customer service Dealer not interested in selling cars I am a long time customer of Nissan. I have been leasing with them may years. I have purchased cars from this dealer before and in fact my last one I am a long time customer of Nissan. I have been leasing with them may years. I have purchased cars from this dealer before and in fact my last one was from this dealership. This time was the worst customer service I have ever had anywhere. The last time I purchased my car I recommended my friend and she bought a car a couple months later and both of our leases are coming up. My friend's was in June so I called first asked if it was too soon. They said no and to come down. They wasted 2 hours of our time and then said they didn't want to do it. I advised them that both of us were getting new cars but that didn't matter. Now my lease is up in February and I thought I would start looking at the deals and since it was 3 months later I thought they would also do a good deal for my friend.WRONG. They called and said that Joe Napoli apologised for his poor service in September and would make sure my friend got the best deal now and also myself for my car. They wasted our time again. They came up with high prices and then said they only had certain colors at the price we wanted and could not get what we wanted. They lied and said the color we wanted was not made in an SV model. I just bought it from Daddario and so did my friend. Joe Napoli came out and told us that he could not do a good deal for my friend and that all the rebates we knew applied did not apply. NOT TRUE. I told him I could see he really DID NOT wants to sell us 2 cars. He said he made no money on new cars and walked back to his office. .The salesman just kept agreeing with Joe Napoli and also lied about what colors the cars were available in. His attitude was this is all we have so you should just take it. More

Above and Beyond Service! I went to Napoli Nissan looking for a used car with AWD. I had been in contact with them prior to my visit and had expressed interest in a 2007 Nissa I went to Napoli Nissan looking for a used car with AWD. I had been in contact with them prior to my visit and had expressed interest in a 2007 Nissan Murano they had in stock. When I arrived the Murano had been pulled from their indoor location and was ready for me to test drive. I spoke to Joey who is the sales manager who then introduced me to Gus Rosario. Gus was amazing! He took me for a drive in the Murano (which I didn't end up caring for) and asked me what qualities I wanted in a vehicle. He took me down the street to Napoli's Indoor location to check out some other vehicles. Gus let me look around to see if there was anything that caught my attention. I found a Jeep that was in great condition (inside and outside) and had very low mileage, however it was not AWD. Gus had me walk away from that vehicle because I had specifically asked for a vehicle with AWD. He didn’t push me into the easy sale and instead was genuinely interested in meeting all of my needs and making sure that I found a safe and reliable option. I finally settled on a 2013 Nissan Rogue with very little mileage and great condition. It was a slow process due to all my questions and concerns, but Gus was patient and answered every single one of my questions. Gus called me the very next day to make sure everything was okay with my car. A few days after my purchase a light went on, on my dashboard, I didn’t understand what it meant and freaked out when someone told me it was my check engine light. I spoke to someone at Nissan and the very next morning I got a call from Gus letting me know that they were going to pick up my car from my job, look into any problems, and return it to me by the end of the day. It ended up not being the check engine light and everything was fine. That is what I consider above and beyond great service. Gus never made me feel like I was a bother and repeatedly told me he was there to help me with whatever I needed. Everyone at Nissan was friendly and efficient. I would go back to Napoli Nissan for a car and I would recommend them to anyone, they made my experience very easy and painless! More
