Was paying cash and was told a final price. Came in for delivery with a check for the price and was told a mistake was made and $1,000 was owed. The car came with no floor mats and was not given an explanation nor an apology for the sudden $1,000 increase. Since I did not seek finance I feel the “mistake” was the finance department wanting there tiny commission. I had to bring the car in within three days because of a leak in the air conditioning unit which was definitely known bc the plastic floor papers were left. The car was not detailed well if at all at delivery. When you get bumped a grand at delivery it’s a snake move. More
