However, I find it difficult to provide constructive input when my efforts to reach out, including multiple calls to your desk number, have gone unanswered. As a client, I am committed to helping improve the services you offer, but the unresponsiveness and apparent lack of care from your staff are concerning. When I attempt to engage, it feels as though my concerns are not valued, and I am left with the impression that communication is not a priority. I will be forwarding the proof of my attempts to contact you to the CEO, as I believe this issue needs to be addressed at a higher level. I sincerely hope that this can be resolved promptly. More
