To me that's a warning sign, they should take care of their cars completely before showing them. Perry was a nice salesman to deal with. My complaint here was how long it took me to get through things. We test-drove quickly, but they got bogged down in paperwork for some reason. We had not even negotiated and Perry was already filling out multiple forms for some reason. I got very tired though because then we had to wait 30 minutes to talk to his finance guy. At that point I was told the price was firm and they do not negotiate. Very frustrating process due to the waiting around. Otherwise the dealership is a very nice place with good selection. More
95' Honda to a 13' Nissan sentra I went in there after being all over the place, everyone else wanted huge payments or denied me for a loan. Frank was absolutely phenomenal, not only I went in there after being all over the place, everyone else wanted huge payments or denied me for a loan. Frank was absolutely phenomenal, not only did he spend hours helping me look and test drive cars. He did all he could to get me on a newer car. The customer service through the whole process was amazing. He called and texted me throughout the process to keep me in the loop. Definitely see Frank if you need a vehicle. More

Had a great experience from the managers (Reko and Matt), to the salesmen (Jim and Tony). The price was great and the warranty was exceptional. I was treated with respect and courtesy and it didn't take me all day to make my purchase. They were efficient and knowledgeable and made car-buying a pleasure! Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great deal and courteous service!!! More

We met with a salesman named Tony, he was very patient with us although my wife had a lot of questions he answered everyone and made it a great experience, not your typical car buying experience, we left in our 2012 Nissan Murano the same day! Thanks tony and everyone at Napoli! More
NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE CROOKS/LOW LIFES!!! My daughter went here to look at a car by herself and put a small deposit down for them to hold the car she really liked. Me and my wife went there fi My daughter went here to look at a car by herself and put a small deposit down for them to hold the car she really liked. Me and my wife went there first chance we could get to look at the car to make sure there was nothing wrong with it. I used to work as a mechanic for a small repair facility so I really know my cars and what to look for, so I am not your average consumer. When we went there we were greeted appropriately. Looked over the car, saw some significant dings and scratches. I looked up the correct pricing for the car on kbb.com, noticed they priced the car at "EXCELLENT" condition, which is not even close, with those dings and scratches. When I pointed out the dings and scratches, I was told "you are looking at a used car". Took the car for a test drive and it just went down hill from there. I was playing with all the controls in the car for correct operation and when I got to the sunroof, it had malfunctioned on me by not closing correctly, and the sales guy was looking right at it when it happened. After we stopped to look at the car again I stated my concern over the sunroof and he tried to pass it off as a safety feature. At this time, I told him I was a mechanic and that was not a safety feature. From this point on he was extremely defensive every time a pointed out any concerns about the car (missing second set of keys, missing floor mats) and was getting more disrepectful, we finished up the test drive, got back to the dealership. And had to wait around an hour before the "finance" guy was ready to see us. During this whole time the salesman was trying desperately to separate my daughter from us, so he could continue his sales process. NOT ACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR FOR A SALESMAN!!!! He was trying to get her to purchase insurance for the car, at this point without her even knowing if she could afford the car payment. During the long waiting period I got tired of sitting around, walk out front door to get some air and stretch my legs, our salesman was talking to the "finance" guy, "finance" guy was asking salesman why he needed him to close this sale. SKETCHY!!! How do you close a sale without giving the buyer a final price? Finally brought in to see the "finance" guy. We were given a complete and ridiculous run around in an attempt to confuse us and get us to forget about the deficiencies of the car, in the process. Could not get any reasonable monthly payment numbers from him, with a clear explanation as to why they were so high. Finally had enough of this circus side show and just left. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE AND AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!! More
