The absolute worst dealership in Connecticut. I have been a loyal customer for years, bought multiple cars from them but the last car purchase was a disaster. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Napoli . I previewed purchased 4 kias from a different dealer before I came to Napoli. Great experience at Napoli Kia! The salesmen were very friendly and Sal the manager was amazing to work with! They made me feel very comfortable as a college student looking for a new car and helped me le friendly and Sal the manager was amazing to work with! Do not buy from here, after you lease a car they do not care ! They say oh well you have to deal with their customer care department who is overseas and do not speak English! I was missing a 400 payment on my car for 7 months until I had to submit a formal complaint to the state of CT! I called the place and they said they couldn't help me even after I explained that their customer service couldn't understand because they are not good at understanding the English language. They said they would help but months later and nothing !!! Please I am telling you run from this place, you will only get issues and get frustrated at the way they handle your payments and steal your money !!! Ashley Power will act like she will help and she never calls you back, worst service I have ever received! More
Classic Bait and Switch Walked in to the Napoli dealership after reading on line about a Kia $139/month, $2,700 down lease on a 2020 Forte. On the floor was a 2019 Forte, 6,0 Walked in to the Napoli dealership after reading on line about a Kia $139/month, $2,700 down lease on a 2020 Forte. On the floor was a 2019 Forte, 6,000 miles, $99/month lease, with $3,000 down. This would work for us. After about an hour of credit checks and backroom "working the numbers", we were told they couldn't lease a 2019 model in 2020. (you'd think they'd have checked that before they painted that offer on the windshield!!) We were then offered a $400/month lease on a 2020 Forte. Which suddenly got reduced to the mid-$200's. When we showed them the Kia website ad on our phone, the grumpy "finance' guy said "you can shut that right off" So, I would stay away from these crooks. We drove down the street a few miles and got a very nice, $140/month deal on the very similar Hyundai Elantra, very similar to the Kia. More

DISHONEST SERVICE DEPT. ! I CANT GIVE THEM ANY STARS. ALWAYS HAD SERVICE DONE AT KIA OF MILFORD. SORRY I HAD TO CHANGE TO NAPOLI KIA I GAVE THEM THE BUSINESS OF TWO KIA SORENT I CANT GIVE THEM ANY STARS. ALWAYS HAD SERVICE DONE AT KIA OF MILFORD. SORRY I HAD TO CHANGE TO NAPOLI KIA I GAVE THEM THE BUSINESS OF TWO KIA SORENTO'S A 2003 AND A 2015 THEY FOOLED ME INTO HAVE A BIG SERVICE DONE TWICE. I CAUGHT IT AND GOT MY MONEY BACK. (THATS IF THEY DID THE SERVICE AT ALL) THEY WERE NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT AND WHEN I WENT IN TO UPGRADE MY COMPUTER INFO THEY GOT ME FOR WHEEL ALIGNMENT. TOLD ME MY 2 BACK WHEELS WERE ( ONE WAS FACING EAST AND ONE WAS FACING WEST) I FELL FOR IT. I MENTIONED TO THEM THAT THEY MIGHT BE TRYING TO GET SOME MONEY BACK FOR THEIR LAST MISTAKE? THEY DENIED IT . WHEN I ASKED FOR ANY PAPERWORK TELLING OR SHOWING ME THE PROBLEM THEY TOLD ME THE MACHINE WAS DOWN AND I LEFT THERE WITH NO PAPERWORK AT ALL? BUT THE WORST PART FOR ME WAS THAT I WROTE AN E MAIL AND I CALLED AND SPOKE TO 2 DIFFERENT MEN WHO NEVER GOT BACK TO ME OR LOOKED INTO THE PROBLEM AT ALL. I AM NOW GIVING MY SERVICE TO DANBURY More
