Car I inquired about was sold, they showed me a car that they said was 25000 kept me waiting for almost an hour and next thing ai know they present me with a 35k sales price, no EV tax credit which was disc they said was 25000 kept me waiting for almost an hour and next thing ai know they present me with a 35k sales price, no EV tax credit which was discussed and a 770 a month payment. Stay away from this bait and switch dealership. I wish I had known how this place was before I came. Stay away, very deceptive and unethical practices. The best part was how the salesman Eddie came back with a price of 10k more and acted like it was a great deal. What a joke. More

Roxy and Felicia are the reason why people like me can have some confidence with dealing with dealerships. Roxy in service is always amazing and recently last week I had an issue trying to get finance on have some confidence with dealing with dealerships. Then I remember the last time I had service customer relations manager Felicia was walking around making sure everyone was good offering coffee and water to us in the lounge and mentioned if we need anything to ask for her she was so pleasant smiling. So I called the number on the card she gave me and guess what she didn't answer I was disappointed but left a voicemail . To My surprise about 2 hours later she sent me a text from what I assume was her personal cell phone apologizing, she was off it was Wednesday but she still called me and assured me she would take care of it the next day. I got a notification at 9:30 am the next day with what I needed in my email Thank you Felicia!! I will be sure to spread the word everywhere you n how you took care of me! More
As I sit here in the waiting area I want to express that buying a car from this dealership has been the worst experience of my life. From day one, they used manipulative sales tactics. I came in wanting to buying a car from this dealership has been the worst experience of my life. From day one, they used manipulative sales tactics. I came in wanting to see several cars and was only shown one. I was told it was “the car for me” because of low mileage. In reality, it’s been nothing but a money pit and constant stress. Within the first couple of months, the engine misfired. I brought it back, not once but twice, and both times I was brushed off and told it was just “bad gas” and advised to use high octane 93 gasoline. After that, I was even told nothing could be done under warranty until it happened a third time which I later learned was completely false. My car was still covered under the factory warranty, but they deliberately stalled until it expired so they could stick me with an extended warranty deductible instead. By the third time, they finally “replaced” the fuel injectors. I picked up my car thinking it was repaired only to find it driving worse than before. In other words, I left my car in their hands and it came back broken even further. This is not just one bad visit. This is a pattern. I’ve had the same experience with this dealership before when I owned a different car. I tried to show loyalty and give them another chance, but clearly, they value scamming customers over fixing problems. If you are considering buying or servicing a car here, save yourself the nightmare. This dealership will lie, stall, and take your money and leave you with a worse car than you started with. More
