She was able to resolve our issues and Napleton’s is refunding the money we paid for protection services that were added to our contract with us. She was able to resolve our issues and Napleton’s is refunding the money we paid for protection services that were added to our contract without our knowledge or agreement. She is ordering the missing cover on the lever that controls the seat and this will be installed for us when the part is received. We are very happy with the service she has personally provided .
